Beautiful condo completely remodeled in 2012 located in quiet golf course location close to Park City downtown. Right next door is the Park City Racquet club with 2 swimming pools, indoor and outdoor tennis courts, indoor running track and a fitness center with climbing wall. About 5 minutes drive to your choice of world class downhill skiing, cross country skiing , golf and superb dining.

Don't hassle with traffic and parking; just a few steps from the front door is the free Park City bus line which will take you downtown or to one of the 3 premier ski resorts; Deer Valley, Park City Mountain or The Canyons. The bus also goes to the highly rated Park City skate park, a favorite of local boarders. Spur trails adjacent to the property link to Park City's extensive walking and mountain biking trail system.

Mountain Meadows is a quiet 3 story end-unit surrounded by mature trees, with extra large, secluded front deck and a rear deck with hot tub and built in seating. The unit has an enclosed 1 car garage with lockable storage. Full kitchen with dishwasher, stainless sink with garbage disposal, filtered water dispenser, gas range with warming drawer, convection/microwave oven, stainless refrigerator/freezer with ice maker and cold water dispenser. All granite counters throughout. Lots of wood including a beautiful knotty alder ceiling in the master bedroom. Ceiling fans in all rooms for comfort. Heated floors in tile kitchen and bathrooms. Remote control electric blinds in great room. LED TV home theater with bluray in great room, Plasma TV with bluray in master bedroom, smaller TV's in other bedrooms. Wireless and wired internet. Netflix and Pandora available in the great room and master bedroom. Full size washer and dryer upstairs.

Racquet Club: The property is located in the Racquet Club area of Park Meadows and is surrounded by Park Meadows Golf Course. Also on-site is the Park City Racquet club, a public facility with 2 swimming pools, indoor and outdoor tennis courts, Indoor running track and a full service fitness center. There is a high percentage of open space within the property and a playground with a rock climbing wall for kids. The townhouse is an end unit in a tri-plex so it is very quiet. The large exterior decks are perfect for entertaining.

Getting there: Airport Shuttles are available from Salt Lake City airport. The travel time from the airport is about 42 minutes. The property has an enclosed garage if you want to rent a car and drive to Park City. The state of Utah and the City of Park City do a good job in keeping the roads clear of snow.

The property is located just 35 minutes from downtown Salt Lake City with it's magnificent LDS temple and visitors center, museums and many wonderful restaurants and theatres.

Local Theatre: The Eccles Theatre is about 3 minutes drive from the property. The Eccles theatre is one of the premier performing arts theatres in Utah, showcasing many local, national and international talents.

About Anita or Scott

My name is Scott and my wife is Anita. We bought the condo in 2005 and completely remodeled it in 2012. We removed and expanded walls to create more living space indoors. We plan to move to Park City in a few years and live in this condo.

Why Anita or Scott chose Racquet Club

We love the quiet setting but with close proximity to Old Town and all the resorts. When the condo is not being rented we stay there as often as possible to enjoy the lovely mountain setting. Mountain bike, hike, cross country ski, downhill ski. Walking distance to the Park City Racquet club fitness facility is a big plus.

What makes this townhome unique

We picked this particular condo because of it's unique location. The huge front deck is completely private and is the largest deck in the entire complex. We like also liked that the unit is an end unit which provides for more privacy. The other reason we picked this condo is it's within a few steps of the free Park City bus line, so we don't have to worry about driving and parking when we want to go somewhere in the area. Going out the back door and crossing a parking lot, we are at the Park City Racquet Club facility with indoor tennis courts, running track and full fitness center. There are also a couple pools for summer fun with the grandkids.

Wonderful stay at Park City

We arrived to a clean and comfortable condo in the middle of a mid winter storm. The enclosed garage was great. The fireplaces in the living room and bedroom were a welcome addition. The place is close to Park City mountain resort and the free Park City bus virtually right outside the front door made getting around real easy and no parking hassles. The storm cleared up in the morning and we had a great day skiing fresh powder. We are planning to stay here again.
Recommended for:  Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

I just wanted to let you know that we had a wonderful weekend at your condo. It met or exceeded all expectations. One thing I wanted to brief you on is that we could not find the key to the ski closet in the garage. It was noted to be in the broom closet based on the instructions in the binder, but was not there? Thanks again!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location is very good, half a block from the bus stop and not far from the ski areas, and very close to the health club, that I used only once, but I think is a very valuable asset, to improve your condition. In my case I had not skied for the last 35 years and wasn´t easy to do it again. Never the less , our sons and their relatives are a very active group and they did their best to keep us busy most of the time, including several dinner parties, Snow walking in beautiful places, a visit to the museum and the big church in Salt lake City, Movies, etc.

Your house is perfectly equipped and on very good maintenance conditions. I had almost every thing that a family, like ours, may wish for a vacation. The TV sets, are very good, but we are not familiarized with your channels and It would be a good help to give us a summary of channels like PBS and others of good quality.

Thanks again for your hospitality and we look forward to keeping touch with you for another vacation experience.
