Racquet Club: The property is located in the Racquet Club area of Park Meadows and is surrounded by Park Meadows Golf Course. Also on-site is the Park City Racquet club, a public facility with 2 swimming pools, indoor and outdoor tennis courts and a fitness center and eatery. There is a high percentage of open space within the property and a playground with a rock climbing wall for kids. The townhouse is an end unit in a tri-plex so it is very quiet. The large exterior deck is perfect for entertaining.
Getting there: Airport Shuttles are available from Salt Lake City airport. The travel time from the airport is about 42 minutes. The property has an enclosed garage if you want to rent a car and drive to Park City. The state of Utah and the City of Park City do a good job in keeping the roads clear of snow.
The property is located just 35 minutes from downtown Salt Lake City with it's magnificent LDS temple and visitors center, museums and many wonderful restaurants and theatres.
Local Theatre: The Eccles Theatre is about 3 minutes drive from the property. The Eccles theatre is one of the premier performing arts theatres in Utah, showcasing many local, national and international talents.
