This is a delightful, sun-filled loft in a restored and historic greystone building in the fashionable Old Port district of Old Montreal. Fabulous restaurants, art galleries, museums and boutiques are steps away. Theaters, clubs and recreation paths are within walking distance and cruise ships dock in the harbor. The apartment is luxuriously furnished and equipped and there is a wood burning fireplace and french windows that open to a quiet interior garden. The living area is a large open plan with a dining table to seat 6. The sofa opens to a comfortable double bed. The bedroom is large, with a queen sized bed and a single daybed. It also has a tasteful desk area. An indoor garage space can accommodate a medium sized car. There is a washer and dryer as well as dish washer and all the usual appliances and equipment to make your stay comfortable.

There is a wonderful network of recreation paths that start in the area and explore all parts of the Lachine Canal and Montreal's business section as well as the St Lawrence river. There is every kind of restaurant and boutique and art gallery. In essence in this neighborhood you see the best that Montreal has to offer.

Excellent Apartment

My husband and I enjoyed the accomodation,the quality was excellent.
We would have liked to have seen a larger flat screen TV in the apartment.
The area was excellent with a lot of restaurants to chose from.
Transport was easy after we discovered the Bus 515 went to the city centre.
No supermarkets in the area but a great market is available within walking distance.
I would recomment this apartment or anyone visiting Montreal
