After you pass through the gated entry you will find two large and separate driveways, one leading you to a gigantic main entrance with huge Canterra front entry doors. The other driveway drops down to a spotless 3 car garage that lies adjacent to its large scale tennis court. The Estate originally designed and built to capture the authentic feel of the old Southwest, went through an extensive 1 year redesign and remodel in 2003-2004. Now, a mixture of old west and old world the home is truly architecturally moving. The entire estate was upgraded with the finest surfaces, window coverings and faux painted wall finishes. The gourmet kitchen, just one of the estates focal points Has 3 Dacor convection ovens, warming oven, Chef style 6 burner gas stove with conveniently placed pot filler faucet. Two separate sinks, two professional dishwashers and full sized free standing individual Subzero refrigerator and freezer. Walk in pantry. Separate huge laundry room. Massage table available.
The guest house is nearly 1000 square feet and looks directly over the dark-bottomed custom Pebble-Tec pool and Jacuzzi. The views are 360 degrees and Arizona sunsets and sunrises are overwhelming.
