Surf's Up condo is for those who demand unobstructed ocean front ! Any closer and you would be in the surf.. Blue green water with 180 degree view on second floor for ultimate privacy. The whole front of the living room is open to the lanai with sliding windows. Master suite is large with a view of the ocean. Guest bedroom also has a view of the ocean and pool. Kitchen has been totally remodeled, with new appliances, granite, and cabinets. Fabulous views too. New furnishings, paint, art, and flat screen TV. Sofa sleeper for extra family. Leave the car parked and walk to the village with many fine restaurants and activities. You don't have to drive to the beach, there is one next door to the complex. The condo has the best sunset views and the lanai is perfect to watch it with a mai tai. Why on earth would anyone stay at a hotel?

Nearest Airport: koa at 7 Miles
Nearest Beach: beach at 10 Metres
Kailua-Kona is the sunny dry side of the Big Island. We are an unincorporated village with no tall buildings or any of the bustle like Waikiki, Oahu. This is truly the laid back island but we have the clearest water for scuba diving, snorkeling, or beach swimming. We have big Game fishing for marlin, ono, tuna, and dorado. We can recommend boat snorkel trips, big game fishing boats, and whale watching tours. There are also trips to the top of Mauna Kea. If you stay in the resorts 30 miles north on the Kohala Coast, you will be disappointed because all the activities and local restaurants are in Kailua-Kona
