This Vintage 1920's charmer has been totally remodeled featuring vintage detailing in an open airy floor plan. The decor is fresh, beach cottage-casual. Completely remodeled, kitchen, bath, appliances, fixtures, hardwood floors, soaring ceilings and award winning landscaping. The large backyard is a tranquil spot to relax under the shade tree, surrounded by grass, flowering plants, gas BBQ & outdoor fire pit. Plenty of comfortable seating on the redwood deck extends your living space. Just step out your front door to enjoy the fireworks... not just on the 4TH of July but weekly, all summer long.

About Laura Petersen

Laura and Ian Petersen have lovingly restored the cottage which was originally built in 1920. Both live and work on the Island: Laura is a home stylist and Ian works in landscaping. Both love Coronado's small Village atmosphere and charm.

Why Laura Petersen chose Coronado

We came to the Island in 2002 as renters (Coronado has a fabulous school system) and became owners in 2006. We rented two blocks away on the same street. 'On a morning walk I spotted this Shabby Gem with a for sale sign being posted on the lawn...and bought it that day'. Laura had the vision to restore the cottage to it's original charm, and save it from becoming another condo/Billy Box. It's location and situation on this beautiful tree lined street captured our hearts.
