The kitchen has an attached sun room with a dining table, as well as seating at the island. Perfect for casual meals and entertaining. There is also a formal dining room which can seat up to 12 (with leaves). Off the kitchen is a cozy den with fireplace, 42 inch flat screen and leather couch. There is also a formal living room with pull out couch that sleeps 2. The washer and dryer is in the 2nd floor bath and thier is also central air conditioning. We take pride in the high quality amenities we provide, with many period pieces and antiques. Private Conceierge Service Company is available at extra charge.
