Perfect South Beach Location!

This condo is within walking distance of just about everything on South Beach... Less than 5 minute walk to the beach, only 10 blocks to Wet Willies, etc. This is key b/c parking is not easy in SoBe. Condo was in great condition and very comfortable. Easily accomodated 4 adults... Beds are comfortable and the large couch provided a additional bed quite easily.

Ate a Devitos Chop House while there... fantastic restaurant. A bit pricey, but top notch service. Had to wait about an hours for our table but were given a free round from the bar for our "inconvenience".


Owner was very attentive and easy to get a hold of when needed... I would definitely recommend this property for a South Beach stay.

The condo is located directly across the street from the SoBe convention center; the location could not have been better. The owner was very helpful and flexible with our needs, even dropping us off at the grocery store to pick up supplies upon our arrival. The condo has everything that you will need and is a 10 minute walk to just about any place that you might like to see. I would definitely stay there again on a return trip. PL

Great location, slightly poor cleanliness

This was a great 2 bedroom condo about 2 blocks from Lincoln road and 2 blocks from the beach with a nice view from the 11th floor. The leasee is the Vice President of the resident's association and was helpful and available. No problem with payments using a credit card. There are 2 good sized bedrooms, a good size living area with large cable TV and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is basic but satisfactory. The cleanliness in the kitchen was a bit poor and there were ants. The soundproofing is less than ideal. Otherwise the beds are comfortable, the parking convenient and the building secure. The light screening is limited. There is a nice pool and a basic but satisfactory gym. Great position for the price. I would use it again. We fitted 4 adults and an infant easily.
Recommended for:  Families with Young Children
Owner's Response: The floor tyles in the bathrooms & kitchen are made to look old world,
BUT THEY ARE NEW
We clean the apt twice once when they leave and again on the same day of the guest arrival.
We had a isued with ants,we called an exterminator,he took care of it.

The location was perfect...right across the street from the Convention Center. The price was good for 2bedroom, 2bathroom apartment. The place could use a little deep cleaning...especially in the bathrooms. The owner is very nice and helpful.
