This was a great 2 bedroom condo about 2 blocks from Lincoln road and 2 blocks from the beach with a nice view from the 11th floor. The leasee is the Vice President of the resident's association and was helpful and available. No problem with payments using a credit card. There are 2 good sized bedrooms, a good size living area with large cable TV and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is basic but satisfactory. The cleanliness in the kitchen was a bit poor and there were ants. The soundproofing is less than ideal. Otherwise the beds are comfortable, the parking convenient and the building secure. The light screening is limited. There is a nice pool and a basic but satisfactory gym. Great position for the price. I would use it again. We fitted 4 adults and an infant easily.
Owner's Response: The floor tyles in the bathrooms & kitchen are made to look old world,
BUT THEY ARE NEW
We clean the apt twice once when they leave and again on the same day of the guest arrival.
We had a isued with ants,we called an exterminator,he took care of it.

The condo is located directly across the street from the SoBe convention center; the location could not have been better. The owner was very helpful and flexible with our needs, even dropping us off at the grocery store to pick up supplies upon our arrival. The condo has everything that you will need and is a 10 minute walk to just about any place that you might like to see. I would definitely stay there again on a return trip. PL

The location was perfect...right across the street from the Convention Center. The price was good for 2bedroom, 2bathroom apartment. The place could use a little deep cleaning...especially in the bathrooms. The owner is very nice and helpful.

Great Apartment, Great Location

This is an Ideal location in South Beach, on Washington Avenue, minutes away from the beach and Ocean Drive and opposite the convention centre. Having a parking space is gold dust in this area, so if you have a car this place already has a definate plus point, especially since you can walk to pretty much everywhere in the So Be area and the traffic wardens are quick on the draw. The rooms are very clean and both bedrooms have double beds and on suite showers. Kitchen is clean and functional, though we hardly used it. There were only 2 of us, but Id agree you could fit 4 people in the 2 doubles and a couple of little ones on the sofa areas with no real drama. The owner is a top bloke and gave us quite a few suggestions on where to go and eat, he was available for questions, but we didnt need him. Id recommend trying some of the art deco hotel bars like Delano to see how the high rollers do it, but bring your wallet! Id definately stay there again.
