Brand New Luxury Villa with pool, spectacular, ocean view

We took our family to Mexico over Christmas break. There was 12 of us and Francesca's house was perfect. We rented the whole house and had plenty of room for all of us. Perfect location about 10 min. walk to downtown (which we did everyday) 5 min walk to beach. Since this was our first trip without going to a all inclusive resort I was a little leary, but I think it was our best trip together by far. I love the fact that you wake up together and are with each other all day and night. We have 5 children ( 4 of which go to college ) so we don't get to see them that often so it was the ideal trip. Sergio the property manager was absolutely WONDERFUL, Cindy the housekeeper was great, she came in every day and did her thing. Francesca was great to work with. The only thing that I was a little upset about was the fact that you are supposed to be able to use the resort down the block and when we went there they said you can only have 4 people at a time.
There was 12 of us so that didn't work out very well. when we wanted to use the beach there we just walked in the back way instead of going thru the front entrance. We spent so much time together out on the back patio laughing and enjoying each others company. We walked away with such great memories Our children ages 16-26 said it was the best vacation ever. I would absolutely rent the home again. Hopefully we can get back there again this year. If you have small children they might be bored because there are no other children. Our ages ranged from 16-52 so everything was great for us...Any tours you want to go on are easily accessible to sign up for on the beach or in town. We thought we should have rented a car but when we got there we realized that the car would have only sat in the driveway because you can walk to everything or taxi very inexpensively. Taxi ride to grocery store is only $5.00. about a 5 min. taxi ride. Very close to Walmart, Sams Club Great Location.
