This third floor condo looks out over a gorgeous Deer Valley/Park City Mountain Resort Valley view. It faces west which makes for a sunny, warm exposure - great for the balcony in the afternoon. The balcony has a propane grill for your use. It is also more quiet than being on the slope side - no noisy snowmobiles or snow cats in the middle of the night!
The condo has a spectacular open great room with terrific views of the mountains. The unique wood floors are made from reclaimed wood from an old 1886 barn in Ohio. The kitchen has granite counter tops and a large bar with four bar stools. The Wolf Stove includes a griddle for making those scrumptious pancakes before a ski day. The refrigerator, wine cooler and microwave are Sub Zero. The dishwasher is a super quiet Asko. It is fully equipped for all your cooking and drinking needs.
The mission style oak dining table has two leaves and can comfortably seat six. Enjoy the photo over the table, of the aspens in autumn, by famed Nature Photographer Thomas Mangelsen.
The living room has a 42 inch LCD HD flat screen TV with DVD player over the gas fireplace. Just flip a switch and you have instant ambiance in the fireplace. Two comfy chairs and a soft leather couch that pulls out into a very comfortable king bed.
There is an IPOD docking station with speakers and wireless Internet access. The sideboard holds a myriad of games and books for your enjoyment.
The powder room is off the front hall. One closet holds the Maytag stacked washer and dryer. Both bedrooms are covered with soft, wool carpet and each has their own full adjoining bath.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, two end tables with lamps, full size dresser, large mirror and TV with a DVD player. You can lay in bed and enjoy the beautiful view of the mountains through the extra large window. Curtains add coziness to the room.
The adjoining bath has granite counter tops, two sinks, a jetted tub, a large glass enclosed shower and a separate toilet room. The floor in the bathroom is heated.
The second bedroom has a queen sleigh bed, two night stands with lamps, a dresser and a mirror. The adjoining bathroom has a shower/tub combo with one sink and a granite counter top.
Each bedroom includes a humidifier for your comfort.
