Think about having nothing between you and several miles of the most beautiful beaches in the state of Florida. This fabulous Non-Smoking ocean view 1 bedroom condo is located on the 4th floor at the Regatta Beach Club. This unit is very clean. Completely furnished and nicely decorated. The bedroom features a queen bed, two night stand and an armoire. The living area features a full size leather sofa sleeper, a dual recliner loveseat, 53-in TV with VHS/DVD combo and a dinette. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite counter top and a bar top with 3 stools with all the amenities you'll need. If you want to spend your time in a nice luxury place, this is the place.

We stayed here last year for a month and had an excellent vacation. We used the gym, computer room (although you had to wait in line for one to become available), the pool is very warm in the winter. We walked the beach every day and found lots of shells... too many my husband says! The master bedroom was comfortable, however the sleeper sofa was not, felt the springs and could not sleep. We had company for 1 week and gave them the master bedroom. The view of the beach and sunset is wonderful.... although there is little privacy on the balcony. The security staff were very friendly and helpful.... and we took a ride on the trolley into town.
