Clearwater Beach is famous for the pristine beauty of its beaches and
waters. Enjoy breathtaking ocean front views of the Gulf of Mexico from each room of this luxurious condo. Think about having nothing between you and several miles of the most beautiful beaches in the state of Florida.
This fabulous Non-Smoking ocean view 1 bedroom condo is located on the 4th floor at the Regatta Beach Club. This unit is very clean. Completely furnished and nicely decorated. The bedroom features a queen bed, two night stand and an armoire with a 27-in TV. The living area features a full size leather sofa sleeper, a dual recliner loveseat, 53-in TV with VHS/DVD combo and a dinette. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite counter top and a bar top with 3 stools with all the amenities you'll need. If you want to spend your time in a nice luxury place, this is the place.
