Great views of the Moab Rim, and the La Sal Mountains from your private, oversized patio. Enjoy the views as you grill on the included gas grill, or relax in the patio furniture. The great room includes a 52' plasma HDTV and DVD player. There is also a full kitchen, breakfast bar, and dining room table with seating for 8. The large master bedroom also has a plasma TV, queen size bed, and private bathroom with a large tile shower, and walk in closet. The guest bedroom also has a plasma TV, and has a queen bed, and a double bed, sleeping 3-4. The 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin on top, a full on the bottom and sleeps 3 as well. While all will be comfortable, the 3rd bedroom is ideal for yours kids, with a TV, VCR and a few movies, and toys. There is also a 2 car garage for all your big toys. Numerous off-road trails are nearby.

Just outside your front door is a world of adventure. Enjoy golfing, hiking, mountain biking, road biking, river rafting, ancient rock art, four-wheeling, motor cycling, cross country skiing and snow shoeing, horseback riding, scenic drives, bird watching, climbing, sky diving and scenic plane rides in stunning red rock country. Only minutes away from Arches National Park, Canyonlands National Park, Dead Horse Point State Park, Ken's Lake, the Colorado River, and the renowned Slickrock and Whole Enchilada bike trails.

About The Owner

Since I live and work here in Moab, you can feel secure knowing you have someone local to take care of you. I have partenered with Moab Lodging to provide you superior service during your stay. You can see the beautiful Moab Valley in the background, including the Moab Golf Course. Please switch the map to Satellite or Hybrid to get a better view of the location of my properties.

Rim Village is one of the best locations in Moab because of the views, pool & hot tub and size of the units. The complex is just a short drive south of town (5 minutes) and it gets you away from the hustle and bustle of downtown traffic. This unit sits in the last phase of the complex which means more parking, less traffic, more seclusion and better views.

What makes this townhome unique

Full surround sound, a DVD player, and a 52' Plasma TV make the living room the place to be. The unit also features high speed Wi-Fi. The patio has been upgraded and extended to give you more room to enjoy the grill, and patio furniture, while admiring the views of the Moab Rim and LaSal Mountains. This was a super place to host our small family reunion. The place surpassed all of our needs as far as bedding, towels, kitchen stuff, chairs, etc. but these things were not what made our trip excellent. We all like to bike and being 5-9 (?) miles from Slickrock was perfect as no one needed a car to get there or back. The huge garage, in retrospect, was a huge asset, one that we didn't realize we would need -but where else would we have kept all the bikes and tools? The tennis, hot tub and pool were great. The owner made payment, check-in and check-out extremely easy. Finally, this place is in Moab!!!

THE place to stay in Moab!

In traveling across the country from Georgia with my three children for a summer adventure, we have stayed in rentals, hotels and motels. Our stay here has been the best! When we walked into the condo it was like entering our own home. The furnishings, decor, and how the condo is equipped dishes, towels, bedding etc. is like our own home. It is very clean and modern with efficient appliances. We are an outdoor family but because of the comfort of this condo we spent our first day here just lounging inside playing cards, games and puzzles. What a fantastic deal for the comfort! Having stayed in the city of Moab, this is by far more quiet and more beautiful. Downtown is just 10 minutes away making it the perfect place to stay while exploring this beautiful area of the country.

Great place to stay in Moab

5 of us spent a weekend in Moab in April to play volleyball and mountain bike. Traditionally (probably 50+ trips to Moab over the years) have used hotels or condos for lodging, but decided to try the house route this time. The place was great, and owner was an awesome communicator. The unit was immaculate and very well maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and plan on going this route again for trips in the future. As indicated in the ad, be aware that you are about 5 minutes drive south of town (which really isn't a problem). Bottom line, great deal for the price, and a really nice place.

Awesome place to use as your Moab headquarters

Thanks very much, the unit was immaculate. We loved staying there. It was great to play all day long in Moab & then come home to relax in such a great place. I would highly recommend to stay here. Great place for mountain biking basecamp

Spent Memorial Day weekend mountain biking, and all five of us guys agreed that this was money well-spent. You can't get this experience in a hotel room. The property was clean and very well-maintained. There were plenty of towels, washcloths, etc... for all of us, and the bed situation was great (inflatable mattresses, sofa sleeper). It is close enough to town, and the Slickrock trailhead is less than 15 minutes away. There's a pool, but if you're like us, you won't have time for it. The grill was genius... we used it every night.

The one thing to take away from the review is this: for the price, you can't do any better than this site.
