Very private upstairs, end-unit condo in a quiet, gated, community. Beautifully updated and offers many luxury appointments including new premium mattresses, new stainless steel appliances, new washer and dryer and brand new heating/air conditioning unit. Relax on a very private screened porch or dine on a second screened porch. A crabbing dock out to Horseshoe Creek offers an unbeatable location for relaxing with a cocktail or crabbing for your dinner. This dock is also available as a launching point for kayaking the beautiful tidal creeks and more. Bay Pointe features its own private pool. This unit offers access to all amenities offered by The Club at Seabrook Island including two 18 hole, championship golf courses with driving range and pro-shop, 15 Har-Tru tennis courts with a full service Racquet club, an Equestrian Center offering horseback riding on the beach, fully equipped fitness center and various dining options. The beach club offers two pools (one heated in winter).

The beach club is perfect for those who desire complete relaxation - no need to bring chairs or towels - all are provided along with two pools, a baby pool, restrooms and dining - all located on the beach.

Historic Downtown Charleston, SC : Only a short 25 minute drive through the live oaks, downtown offers some of the best shopping, dining and sightseeing the East Coast has to offer. Horse and carriage tours of the city, boat tours to Fort Sumter and other historic sights are available year-around. Highway 61, home to many famed historic plantations is a short 25 minute drive. Visit places like Middleton Plantation and Drayton Hall. Take a drive to Mount Pleasant and tour Boone Hall - the oldest working plantation still in operation.

Our vacation on Seabrook Island and the Charleston area was outstanding and it was made much more so by having such and excellent place to stay. The Villa is as described, if not better, and was very clean and exceptionally well appointed.

Everything we needed was there, we felt as if we were staying in our own place. We particularly enjoyed fishing, crabbing and relaxing down at the dock as well the pool is very clean, private and rarely used. Reading, relaxing and/or napping in the remarkably comfortable chairs on the porch was very nice as well. The entire complex is very quiet and most of the time we had the pool and dock to ourselves and felt as if we were staying at a private cottage.

Annmarie was wonderful and did a great job of answering all our questions and making us feel very much at home. We will be back for sure!

Thanks so much for such a great vacation!

Our family of four recently spent the week of Thanksgiving at this cheerful, comfortable villa. It was just perfect! The marsh views are beautiful...walk down the walkway thru the marsh to the dock and enjoy amazing stars on a clear night. We also had fun walking over and visiting the horses at the equestrian center. Red Sky Grille is within walking distance and very good. Also close are Bohicket Marina and Fresh Fields Center. Wish we could have stayed several more weeks! The owner, Annmarie, could not have been nicer or more helpful with any and every question I had. I would recommend this highly to anyone...

We just got back from a wonderful week on
Seabrook. This villa is so cute and well appointed.
The colorful decor makes you smile every time you
walk in the door. The views from the decks are
great. All of the furniture is very comfortable and
while the kitchen is small - it is well appointed and
very functional. The pool was great - it was hardly
used by other guests and it felt like our own private
pool. We enjoyed being so close to the marsh and
to the equestrian area. Thank you for offering your
cute villa for rental.

An Enjoyable Stay

Our recent stay on Seabrook Island was a wonderful experience. The condo was more than we expected and very well equipped. It definitely exceeded our expectations in many aspects. Our only complaint, if it can be called that, was the cleaning service was not as thorough as they could have been. A little bit of searching netted us everything we needed though. The complex was very quiet and we enjoyed walks, sitting on the end of the dock, and swimming in the very private pool. An added bonus is the Fresh Fields shopping center, just over one mile away. Everything was at our finger tips. It is also a very easy drive to Charleston, a definite favorite.
