This 10.5 acre cabin getaway is ideal for relaxation and spending your days outdoors doing your favorite activities. Vermont offers a four season, outdoor, playground for the extreme skier or a stroll down the path. There are three ponds on the property that you can lounge beside and read a book. The property is located on a rolling hill thats lush with green, grass in the Summer and Fall, ideal for family fun and games, afterwards retire by the fire pit. After dinner enjoy the magnificent sunsets while relaxing in the-hot tub!

If you're in Vermont during the winter you obviously love snow and all the related activities. We have the best property for sledding ,snow-tubing down the front yard.Snow shoeing is always fun.

The cabin is located 10 scenic miles to the village of Stowe that offers all your northern shopping needs. Dinning from there to the mountain can fill you up, whether you stop at the quaint markets for take out, or dine in at the many fantastic restaurants.

All of your skiing needs can be met at Stowe Mountain Resort (16 miles from the cabin ) along with neighboring Smugglers Notch Resort and Jay Peak Resort. Gondola rides to the top of Mt. Mansfield are breathtaking during any season! The Alpine Slide is located across the street at the new Spruce Peak Resort, where they offer many activities with a bungee trampoline and ice skating.

Gorgeous Lake Elmoreis located just a stones throw away ( 3 miles ) which offers swimming, kayaking, canoeing and camping right there at Elmore State Park. In the winter they ice fish and snow mobile on the lake.

Amazing winter Vacation!

We rented this house between Christmas and New Years! We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! We felt right at home, plenty of room for two families! The sledding hill was a blast for the kids! The house was immaculate and super cozy! All the kids keep asking when can we go back!

We used this house for a girls scrapbook weekend retreat. It was great. Lots of room, very very clean and comfy and cozy. Beautiful gardens. Wonderful view. Nice fire pit, Nice front porch and back porch. Roomy kitchen. Plenty of sleeping spaces and quiet corners to read a book or just relax. Everything is there. We will definately rent this place again.

Awesome cabin, wil rent agian

Spent the weekend with 7 girlfriends, couldn't of asked for a better location. They have thought of everything, so comfortable, so clean, everything we needed for a scrapbooking get away. Fresh fruit basket was so nice. Fresh eggs from their chickens!! That was a nice surprise.
We arrived Fri am - left Sunday pm and even with the owners right next door, we never saw or heard them.
The views are spectacular, breakfast on the deck, hot tub was so inviting after a day of scrapbooking!
We will be returning as often as we can work it out!
Thank Will for making it a great getaway weekend for all of us girls!!!

A true mountain getaway!

We have rented the cabin for the past three years, it is absolutley the most comfortable, clean, well stocked vacation home we have ever rented. The sunsets are spectacular as are the gardens. The location is perfect, close enough to Lake Elmore and Morrisville. We look forward to our annual summer vacation at Private Ridges! The owners are wonderful and very accomodating! We highly recommend this as your next vacation destination!

What a Beautiful place to be!!!

My girlfriends and i rented this cabin this past weekend for a scrapbook retreat. It was awesome!!! We had plenty of room for all of us to set up our tables, ( there was ten of us) and absolutely everything was provided for us except our food. Although we did have a beautiful welcome basket! It was great and even though Will and Rhonda live next door, you would never know it. We never heard them once! I t was very reasonably priced and roomy. We definately are going again next year!!!
