Description of the Lee vacation house rental
This lovely, tastefully furnished, luxury home with, 3 1/2 acres, stunning views, decks, and screened-in, seasonal sun porch, is now available year round, for your vacation rental. The ground floor master suite is spacious, with queen size bed, balcony with views, TV/cable, two closets, and a full bathroom with jetted tub and shower. Two bedrooms on the second floor have full beds; the other has a twin. There are 1 1/2 baths on the second floor. The 'bonus' room on the second floor has a treadmill, full size pool table, inversion table, games and sleeps up to 3 more people. The formal dining room seats four, the breakfast room seats 4, and at least four more people can sit at the kitchen bar/counter. Sliding doors open onto decks with views that go for miles. Wired for music throughout, & central AC, a one touch switch makes a cozy fire. There is a luxurious office, wireless Internet and TV den with cable and DVD. The sunken hot tub with grand deck views may carry an additional fee.

With a two car garage, the house has plenty of storage for winter equipment or summer kayaks. The house comes with 2 sets of snow shoes so you are ready for hiking straight out the door, and ice skating on Goose pond. In summer you can kayak on upper goose pond and swim nearby in beautiful Laurel Lake. Perfect for a family or two small families who enjoy having getaways together, it’s also quiet and serene enough for a writer's retreat. You are close to all the attractions the Berkshires have to offer while being blissfully removed into the upper hills. You may need a four wheel drive vehicle. The dirt road, in winter, can be a challenge for lighter-weight cars. Centrally located in Lee, Massachusetts, you are 35 minutes from Jiminy Peak and just 20 from Ski Butternut. Looking out from the deck, Kripalu can be seen and you can see and hear the fireworks from Tanglewood, just 7 miles away. The Berkshire Outlet (Prime) Shops are only 2 miles away.
