Luxury, bi-level, condo has vaulted ceilings with wood beams, stone fireplace, hardwood floors, gourmet kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel appliances & island bar that seats 4. Dining room with table that seats 8 with view of Payette Lake. Living room with Flat-screen TV, DVD, VCR, surround stereo & queen sofa sleeper. There's a spacious deck with gas BBQ & patio furniture with views of lake & Brundage Mountain. Also upstairs is the master suite with king bed, private bath with 2 sink vanity, Jacuzzi tub, & unique pebble floor walk in shower. The second upstairs bedroom has twin beds that can convert to a king & hallway bath with shower/deep soaking tub. Ground level has queen room & trundle room with a shared bathroom & shower. The trundle room sleeps 4 & has a TV, DVD, VCR. There's a heated 2 car garage & full laundry room. It's an easy 1 block walk to down town, the marina, shopping, restaurants, & close by winter sports at Brundage Mountain & Tamarack Resort.

Little Hill, in McCall offers lighted lift service at night & the Activity Barn located on a cattle ranch just south of McCall provides miles of panoramic well groomed trails for snowshoeing, sledding, & tubing even after the sun goes down. Snowmobiling to Burgdorf hot springs is a MUST!
