Curl up with a book in the large sun-room, warm your feet by the fireplace, or take an afternoon nap on the hammock. Getting in touch with nature is easy at Sweet Dreams, where you can spend time outdoors year-round. Enjoy views of Mount Pisgah while toasting marshmallows over the fire. Or, cool off in the creek after battling it out at badminton. Imagine dining at sunset on the spacious deck, sitting peacefully by the fountain, or pitching a tent in the backyard. This lovely property also features an herb garden, an abundant supply of blackberries, raspberries, grapes and even figs. You won’t ever want to leave this retreat, but if you simply must get out and explore, Asheville, and all its attractions are less than 20 minutes away. Plus, there is a gas station with a market just minutes down the road.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A 10% discount applies to reservations of (7) or more days.
  • Off-Season Rates: Weekend: $175 per night Weeknight: $165 per night

    Rental Rates: A (2) night minimum is required year round. N.C. state/local taxes apply to all rental fees. Reservations are secured with a deposit of (50%) of the rental fee and taxes. Balances are due (7) days prior to occupancy and include remaining fees/taxes, security deposit and cleaning fee.

    Security Deposit: A security deposit of $100.00 will be held as remaining balances are secured and applied toward any damages to the premises during occupancy. Security deposits are fully refundable within (10) days following check-out provided there are no damages to the property. Any damages exceeding the amount of the security deposit will be charged to the lessee on file.

    Cleaning Fee: A cleaning fee of $75.00 is payable as remaining balances are secured
  • Refunds:
    1. Cancellations made within (30) days of the reservation date will receive a full refund.
    2. Cancellations made within (15) days of the reservation date will receive a 50% refund.
    3. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation date will forfeit 100% of the deposit and rental fee.

    Early Departure:
    No refund for early departures.

We stayed in the house with my brother-in-law and his family and had a wonderful time. In the morning we would see hummingbirds on deck and the kids would chase lightening bugs outside. The landscaping was beautiful and there were many thoughtful things in the house. There was plenty of room for 3 young kids and their parents. The house was very clean and the owner was very easy to talk to helpful. It was close enough to Asheville that we could do all of the things there we wanted to do, and it was on a large enough property that we had privacy from neighbors. We would highly recommend this house, but if you have small children you do need to keep a close eye on them especially around the stairs. The only downside was that none of our cell phones worked from the house, but there was a land line available. Who doesn't need a break from their cell phone anyway?
