Great fourth floor condo at a reasonable price. Your condo has a beautiful uninterrupted view of Marco River, a five minute boat ride to the Gulf of Mexico. Riverside is a gated community with a security guard on duty 24 hours/day. You can enjoy the dolphins and manatees in the morning or watch the boats going by in the afternoon and evening, while sitting on your private balcony. You can rent a boat and explore the 10,000 Island area or take a side trip to Naples or the Everglades.

Great Marco Water view Condo!

My husband and I stayed for the first three months of 2009 in this condo....light and lovely just like the pictures. The best water view on Marco with boats of every type and size going by. Very nice location central to Publix, library, churches, Starbucks and farmers' market. Dishes, silverware and glasses match! Good cookware and small appliances. Very comfortable and such a great view from lanai, living room and kitchen. Owner is very responsive and easy to communicate with which was a plus when we had questions or needed any general information. Hated to leave this beautiful setting and head back to Michigan!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway

My husband and I stayed here for the winter season in 2009. The condo is as it appears in the pictures...light and lovely. The view is spectacular and far better than the pictures!!! A WOW factor that can't be beat on Marco. Close to/walking distance to Publix Supermarket--very good. and in a great residential neighborhood with lovely homes. The condo is well equipped for those who like to cook and the kitchen in big and airy and overlooks the waterview. Lots of boats of every size/type to watch as you have breakfast/lunch/dinner/etc. on the lanai. We hated to come back home to Michigan! The owner, Jim, is a sweetheart and responsive to any request for information/needs etc.
