WATERFRONT CONDO, MAGNIFICENT VIEWS, POOLS, TENNIS, GOLF

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The owner responded to all emails and phone calls in a timely manner. The pictures on VRBO are very accurate of the condo and the view from the balcony. The condo was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with everything needed. The grounds around the condo are kept up nicely, and the pools were very clean too. We loved the location of Riverside-we thought we might miss being on the ocean, but found watching the boats on the river to be very enjoyable. Great deal for the money!

My family (2 adults + 2 kids age 7 & 13) stayed here during Christmas holidays in 2011. Condo is clean and well equipped with all the things you might need during your stay and more. Unit facing eastward offering excellent views of Marco River with lots of boat traffic, dolphins and sunrise. Property was build in the mid 80s, grounds (landscaping, boat docks, 2 swimming pools, 3 tennis courts, gas grilles) are well kept, clean and maintained properly. The owner is very responsive and flexible accommodating your needs. Property is located short walk to several restaurants, bicycle rental and longer walk (1 mile) from main Marco Island shopping area with Publix, Win Dixie, Starbucks, etc. Tigertial Beach is only 5 minutes away by car. Overall: fantastic quiet winter getaway.

We found the property very clean, well maintained, and the unit was advertised. The Owner is most accomodating with terms, and quickly responds to questions and requests. We would stay in the unit again and recomend it to our friends. There are many resturants within easy walking distance, three adjacent to the property, Gino's, Old Marco Pub, and Marek's. Two find dinning resturants are The Bistro Solie, and Old Marco Inn. Snook Inn is just down the street with water views and boat access. The unit faces eastward and provides great sun rise views, along with water birds and dolphine. Fishing from the docks is encouraged and the marinia has bait, tackle, and a monthly Biggest Fish Contest.
