The perfect balance of family fun, adventure, and relaxation: The cabin is nestled in a private setting on beautiful Matthews Lake in Washburn County, Wisconsin, only two hours from the Minneapolis/St. Paul area of Minnesota. The cabin's beach slopes gradually into the clean, clear, water of Matthews Lake, creating a great swimming area with a firm, sand bottom. The 270 acre lake is large enough for boating, skiing, sailing, fishing and more, yet small enough to offer peace and quiet. Perfect if you prefer a quiet walk to enjoy a Spring day, or the beautiful fall colors of Autumn. If hunting, fishing, tubing and four wheeling are what you crave, there is one constant, regardless the time of year that you visit: you can always count on peace and quiet to help you 'decompress' from the pressures of everyday life. The chalet style cabin has 2,200 finished square feet plus large, screened, wrap around deck. Fishing, swimming, great beach, campfires, hiking trails, river trips . . .
