Our condominium is located at the fabulous Sea Gull, the closest resort to the beach. While on Mustang Island, Sea Gull is the place to be, with great views of the rolling sea, and white breaking waves, and sea gulls. Our first floor condominium boasts a wall of windows that overlook the beautiful Gulf of Mexico, and lead out onto the beachfront balcony. One of the many benefits of being on the first floor is the huge, private, beachfront patio, perfect for barbecues. Our unit is beautifully furnished, fully-equipped, and conveniently located near the pool and new hot tub, lanai, boardwalk to the beach, and conference rooms. Accommodations include two bedrooms , two full baths, open living and dining area, and kitchen, with newer appliances and ceramic tile.We hope to make your scenic stay something you will not soon forget.

We rented the condo to unwind from the hectic Tax Season. It was just what we needed. We enjoyed being close to the pool, close to the beach. we cooked out almost every night, walked on the beach, watched TV while looking at the ocean view.
The staff was very pleasant.
We hope to rent it again next year!!

Loved the place! Big enough for 5 without tripping over each other. Full view of the sea with a very short walk over the dunes and from the front door - just steps away from the pool too. Big, comfortable, and supplied almost anything you need. Located about half way between start of 361 and Port A - 5-6 miles to town was the only downfall. But if you are looking to get away - this is the place! Missed spring break by 1 wk....teenagers were disappointed, adults were not.
