3 Bedroom, 1.5 Baths, Sleeps 6

Located in heart of the beach community of Narragansett. The house is on direct waterfront of Narrow River. Narrow River is a salt water body with direct ocean access. Only 5 min. to Narragansett Pier Public Beach. Close to several other public beaches and a wide variety of fine restaurants. Less than 20 min. from Historic Newport and 40 min. to Foxwoods Casino or Providence (enjoy famous Waterfire).

Three good-sized bedrooms, large living room and kitchen. 1.5 bathrooms. Also an outdoor shower. Fully furnished with Cable and wireless Internet provided. Also washer & dryer. Sit on the deck or patio and watch the boats, kayaks and birds flow by. Located on dead end street. It is very private and quiet.

Launch kayak (rentals 2 min. away) or canoe from the back yard, or enjoy great fishing right out the back door.

Minimum age is 22 for Summer Rental.
