To visit beautiful Magen's Bay is a 20 minute drive
To reach the East End of St. Thomas and the ferrry boats to St. John it is about 30-35 minute drive.
Downtown shopping is only 15-20 minutes.
WEDDINGS, PARTIES, OR LARGE GATEHRING:
The Beach House will accommodate up to 75 people. ADD a $1000 surcharge to the rental rate; and, a $1500 fully-refundable damage deposit is also required. All tables, flatware, china, dishes, and glassware for the event must be rented or provided by your caterer. We must have details of all plans well in advance of the event, including wedding personnel and/or catering persons who will be at the villa for your function. Guests will be held completely responsible for any damages, missing items, and will be charged if their caterer/chef does not complete a full clean-up of the property inside and outside, including removing all trash from the villa property.
CANCELLATIONS:
If you cancel more than 45 days prior to your arrival date, 80% of your total deposit and advanced payment will be refunded to you and 20% will be retained as liquidation damages. If you cancel within 45 days of the arrival date, you will forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit. Early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. If we are able to rebook the villa to another guest 80% of your rental monies will be returned to you for the nights booked.

Mahogany Run Golf Course is a beautiful 18 hole course in a specatular setting.
