This home is located minutes north of Loop 101 on Tatum Boulevard and all of the golfing, spas, restaurants and shopping of North Scottsdale are easily accessible.

The home is equipped with high-speed internet, DirecTV satellite programming, 2 LCD TVs (including DVD & VCR), full-size washer / dryer and all of the other comforts of home.

  • No pets or smoking allowed anywhere on the property premises.
    Signed Vacation Rental Agreement needed to hold reservation.
    Rental rate is all-inclusive. No additional cleaning fees or rental taxes.
    Fifty percent of the total rental rate is due at the time of reservation. The balance is due 14 days before arrival date. Reservations are subject to cancellation if payments are not received by the due dates. There are no refunds for early departure.

    Reservations made within 30 days require the full amount due at the time of booking.
    This is a quiet neighborhood and loud parties are not permitted
    A fully-refundable security deposit of $300 is due 14 days before arrival date. The amount will be refunded within 14 days of departure date provided there is no damage to the property.
    Deposits are refundable if notice is received more than 30 days prior to the date of arrival. A 5% booking fee will be deducted from the deposit refund.
  • No refunds for cancellations within 30 days prior to arrival date.

Just Wonderful

What a treat. So much nicer than a hotel for just about the same price. Everything was perfect. Had the grandchildren over and they had their own room. Not much more to say. The owners were very nice. We had one very minor issuse and they took care of very quickly. We will be back. Chuck and Kathy

A Wonderful Choice!

My husband and I stayed in this lovely home for a long weekend while visiting relatives. It is situated in a quiet neighborhood and is just a short drive from a major shopping area with a lot of restaurants, shops and grocery stores and the new Musical Instrument Museum.
The home is well equipped with everything for a long weekend or an extended stay of weeks. We appreciated the cleanliness of the home and the very comfortable bed and plush linens and towels. The furnishings throughout are very comfortable and the accents are tasteful and not overdone. Equally appreciated with the cleanliness was the amount of space available for personal effects as well as groceries purchased during our stay. The oversized walk in closet has several shelves as a bonus feature, wonderful for a long term stay.
The owner has thought of everything to accommodate the weekend visitor or the wintering “snowbird”.
We enjoyed long walks in the neighborhood and on the desert trail in the mornings. A “must see” attraction, the Musical Instrument Museum, is just minutes away. Plan to have lunch at their wonderful café during a visit there.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers

Thanks for everything. This is a very nice house and we really enjoyed our stay. We loved how quiet it is here and the desert area to the South. King bed is very comfy.

Very Much Enjoyed Our Stay

We very much enjoyed staying in your beautiful well-furnished vacation home. We hope to return here for a vacation soon. You thought of everything to make a stay comfortable...extremely well stocked kitchen too. The bed in the master bedroom was extra comfortable.
