Enjoy a beautiful 3500 sq.ft colonial in great Pine Point neighborhood in Maine, only one block from the 7 mile sandy beach. Family and friends can enjoy swimming, fishing, canoeing, or kayaking. Spacious home built in 2007 with 6 bedrooms, living area, kitchen, dining and mudroom. Endless amenities include dishwasher, dryer, washing machine, grill, beach chairs. Sleeps up to 14 people. You'll have all the pleasures of home in this brand new house. Sit on the patio or on one of the two decks and enjoy the beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean. This home is located in a quiet neighborhood where you can walk out on the rocks, and is just a short distance from the river, shopping, great restaurants, and a theme park. You can enjoy any of the great towns near Route 1 including Old Orchard beach where you can walk the boardwalk, Ogunquit, where you can stroll along the beach path; or Freeport, where you can enjoy outlet shops and LL Beans! Everything you can need for a perfect vacation.

Two Outside Decks: This home has two outdoor, large sized decks for entertaining. There is a deck off the mudroom which is very large giving you room for dinner or relaxation. In addition, there is a nice backyard for kids to play sports or games. Enjoy grilling on the outside grill while you watch the kids play games in the backyard. Sit on the deck and relax while you watch the sunset. Another deck is on the second floor which provides a great place to sit and read a book, or listen to music. Endless beauty and relaxation at this beach-side neighborhood community. Kids can ride bikes or take a walk in this family oriented beach side setting. Both decks are large and spacious and will accommodate several people.

Convenient to Restaurants & Shops: A perfect location for family and friends with Baileys Seafood just a few blocks away where you can buy fresh seafood, wines and other delicious foods, like pre-cooked Lobster. Or consider having lunch at the Co-op situated right on the water. Designed for casual meals, the food is delicious and makes for a convenient getaway for lunch or dinner. In addition, two ice cream shops are nearby and a lunch shack makes meals easy for everyone. All the little amenities are right near the home.

About 2 hours from Boston, Pine Point provides 7 miles of sandy beach with a family-friendly neighborhood for adults and kids. Scarborough, ME is a perfect location for vacationers. In 15 minutes, you can enjoy Ogunquit beach and walk the Marginal Way along the beach side, shop at the speciality stores, or take a short ride to Old Orchard beach, and enjoy the boardwalk and theme park, candy, games and more. Maybe you want to drive to Freeport ME, about 15 minutes away, where you will enjoy outlet shops, LL Bean and great restaurants. Or simply drive South on Route 1 and find a row of outlet stores. At Pine Point, you will have everything!

  • The master bathroom has a jet tub, sink and toilet as well as a shower. Granite countertop are throughout the home. In addition, the home has a total of three bathrooms throughout the home. This includes two on the second floor and one on the first floor. There are plenty of bathrooms so no one is waiting to take a shower or use the bathroom. There is one bathroom with mudroom on the first floor; and on the second floor, there are two full bathrooms. You'll find this lovely home is a great getaway with all the amenities you could possibly want.

  • All the bedrooms are spacious, and comfortable. The master bedroom has a king bedroom set, the second bedroom has a queen bed, the third has a queen bedroom set. Each bedroom set has a bureau for clothing and a full size closet. There is fourth bedroom with twin beds. On the third floor, there is another bedroom with twin trundle beds and finally a bedroom that a bunk bed sets. There is plenty of room for two families and their children or a family gathering. Each bedroom has a closet, storage for clothes and a nightstand. All rooms have fabulous views. The master bedroom is on the second floor with wonderful views, with the other bedrooms on the second and third floors. This beautiful, spacious six bedroom home sleeps up to 14 people. In addition, the second floor has a playroom for kids. There is enough room so everyone has plenty of space of their own, and common areas where everyone can get together for conversation and laughter. The home is newly furnished.
