Beautiful view of Lake Winnisquam, minutes by foot to private beach, and boat slip. Cottage has hardwood flooring throughout, brand new furnishings, Satellite, Cable, DSL, DVD & CD player. Microwave, Refrigerator, Stove and is rented year round. private parking space for two cars.

The Lake is the fourth largest lake located in New Hampshire. We are minutes from shops, restaurants and other attractions. Gunstock Mountain Resort is about 20 minutes away to ski, snowboard and tube. NH International Speedway is about a half hour away from all the top car and motorcycles races. Farmer's Market in about every town. Scenic drives along the lakes region. Historic walking tours in all nearby towns. Tanger Outlet Mall with every shop you can imagine. you could get your hair and nails done, eat and finish with a Starbucks Coffee!

Lake Winnisquam is located in Belknap County in central New Hampshire. The Lake is the fourth largest lake located in New Hampshire. Off of Exit 20 is the Tanger Outlets! We are minutes from shops, restaurants and other attractions. Gunstock Mountain Resort is about 20 minutes away to ski, snowboard and tube.
