Looks can be deceiving
Well I will first start off by saying the house itself is beautiful but the loopholes in which we encountered prior to and during may not really be worth it. The Owner/renter is a very difficult person to deal with, after her offer if there was anything she could do to make our arrival or stay more enjoyable to let her know, so I took that as a welcoming offer to request a couple extra lounge chairs for around the pool since it was 12 moms escaping the daily grind of lifes activities, she harshly barked back NO and proceeded to provide me with a contract also that clearly laid out her list of rules guidelines regulations ect, which we are a very mello group and had no problem following through with all of them, but she defaulted on several of her own rules and claims of what the property detailed and the conditions in which she were to adhere to? she sent the cleaning people in on the day we were to leave very early in the morning prior to the designated check out time, the floors were black we had to wear shoe's the whole time, the master shower didn't work the refridgerator didn't work properly, there was no toilet tissue, the towels were very limited, come to find out by the local police officers that this is very well known to law enforcement as a party house for college kids to rent? no wonder why? although we did have a wonderful time the house is beautiful if you can look past dealing with the renter's rash behavior and don't mind a few things not working properly then you will be fine, the beauty of the keys is beautiful and shuold take your mind off the few negative findings as we allowed, but also when you spend that much you would like to have a chair to sit on and a towel to dry off with?

Owner's Response: All I can say about this renter is that I hesitated to rent the house to her and I tried to make sure she would understand prior to renting that the house was professionally decorated and that the pool area had patio furniture and lounge chairs but not 12 of them, after all this is a house not a hotel pool. She still insisted in renting the house. The 12 moms as she called the group actually were actually party animals, The only reason she met the police officer is because he had to go to the house on their behalf because of their behavior. And the rest is an entire fabrication.
