Description of the Miami vacation condo rental

This spacious three bedroom, two bath apartment has everything you need to make you feel right at home. Brand new gourmet kitchen with granite counter top and top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances. Fully equipped kitchen and baths. New furnishings and a 42” plasma TV. Master bedroom has a king-sized bed and a sofa-bed. It has black out drapery. Second bedroom has a queen-size bed. The third bedroom has two twin-size beds. The apartment has a 22’ balcony that faces the Bay.

Luxurious apartment located on the 38th floor of The Grand Building. Centrally located in the Biscayne area of Miami. Breathtaking views of the bay and marina. Very secure building that connects with the Doubletree and Marriott hotels. Beautiful lobby has several restaurants and boutiques. Walking distance from the Performing Arts Center, American Airlines Arena and Bayfront Park. The Metrorail that takes you to the financial district of downtown Miami is at your doorstep. It is 7.4 miles from Miami International Airport. Just five minutes from the world famous South Beach where you will find fine dining, night life and entertainment.
