Located at the exclusive Pelican Key Estates, this vacation condo is only 100 meters from the sea/beach and has a lighted pool in a tropical garden. Amenities include a private entrance, parking off street parking, king bed, futon, central air conditioning, large private balcony with table and chairs, premium cable TV service (HBO, ShowTime, ESPN, Disney, etc.), DVD player, CD/stereo system, ceramic tiled bath, ceiling fan, vaulted ceilings, gas grill, and security/storm shutters. Kitchenette includes full sized refrigerator, microwave, solid surface table top range, coffee maker, toaster, blender, eat-in bar, dishes, glasses, pots/pans, and cooking utensils (including large gas BBQ utensils). Tropical garden with banana palms, coconut palms, hibiscus flowers, butterflies and hummingbirds.

If you're looking for an affordable place to stay while in St. Maarten, you've come to the right place. It's a cute, very clean studio condo with a great terrace overlooking the pool. The owner was extremely helpful and nice. He provided us with plenty of fresh towels, chairs for the beach, and lots more. Everything in his property description was 100% accurate.

This vacation condo is in the perfect location. It's right across the street from the beach and situated right next door to La Vista Resort. You can walk to the La Vista, Flamingo, and Pelican beach, Hollywood Casino, a bunch of restaurants (The Hideaway and La Veranda are great) and a few bars (Bucaneer Beach Bar was our favorite.)

We've already recommended this property to family and friends.
