This large 4 bedroom home (3 bedrooms are air-conditioned), located on Moody Point at the corner of Ocean Avenue, is also a delight for the sports-minded of any age. Whether it be croquet, shuffleboard, tetherball, soccer, toss baseball, basketball, football, badminton or volleyball (sand-filled regulation-size court on back lawn) that peak your interest, EverGreen is geared for the game of your choosing. A short stroll to Fisherman's Cove Beach (.2 miles north) or an 8 minute walk to beautiful sandy Moody Beach (approximately .3-.4 miles south), EverGreen's location is exceptional for a holiday at the shore. EverGreen's kitchen is fully equipped for family dinners and entertaining. The spacious living room with views of the ocean is the center for gatherings in front of the fireplace, playing a game of chess, or viewing the large screen, wall-mounted HDTV.

Fisherman's Cove Beach, just 0.2 miles north of EverGreen, is a unique, quiet spot for walking on the sand (at low tide only). Crescent Beach (parking available) is 0.5 miles North, and infamous Moody Beach is .3-.4 miles South (walk or jog along Moody Beach to Marginal Way all the way to Ogunquit). Popular Wells Beach is less than a mile (or a 10 minute walk) from EverGreen (parking also available). EverGreen is also a key location for those seeking a retreat in southern Maine. Fly into Logan Airport and either drive or take the train to Wells. Choose the Pike or the shoreline route to Portland Airport. Antiquing abounds in Wells and neighboring towns. EverGreen is central to live theatre at the Ogunquit Playhouse, seaside drives and bicycle rides (2 adult bicycles provided) along Ocean Avenue.
