It is a paradise to enjoy beautiful spectacular sunsets and early morning sun risings. It sits directly on Lemon Bay and you have a view of nature that is natural haven with glorious water birds (Bald Eagles, Osprey, Little Blue Herons, Big Blue Herons, White Herons, Egrets and more) in constant view on the screened lanai. The property can store a boat trailer and you can put your boat in at Indian Mound Park which is less than a mile from the house to fish and enjoy the Gulf. Biking and kayaking rentals with walking distance as well as shopping, restaurants galore and parks all around. The fishing is excellent (Tarpon, red snapper, sea trout, crabbing and more) for fishermen to feel like they are in heaven!

This is paradise where you can come and enjoy beautiful spectacular sunsets, early morning sun risings and think you are in a special hideaway where you can feel time slip away and relaxation seep into your soul. This contemporary ranch has two bedrooms (queen and twins with king conversion), a queen sleeper sofa, 2 baths with beautiful terrazzo floors throughout and large lanai only a step away from Lemon Bay (minutes by boat to the Gulf). Nature lover's haven with glorious water birds (Little Blue Heron, Big Blue Heron, White Heron, Egrets and more) in constant view where manatees and dolphins can be seen from a gorgeous backyard. The boat ramp is less than a mile from the house where you can put your boat in the water and bring over to anchor (dock permit in process for future). Only a mile and a half to Englewood Beach, Stump Pass or Manasota Key where you will enjoy endless nature watching. Biking, kayaking and boating (jet skis and boats) rentals nearby, shopping, etc

Englewood: Nature lovers paradise in the back yard. Bald Eagles, blue herons, white herons, egrets, little blues, osprey and many more birds can be seen from lanai overlooking Lemon Bay. Manatees and dolphins can be seen from a distance. Beach walking within minutes via car to Englewood Beach, Stump Pass or Manasota Key with lots of pelicans in view and nature within reach. It is a soothing place to kick back and forget all about your everyday stress. The fishing is terrific and you can catch sea trout, redfish and much more either off the shore or wading into the water. Kayaking is great and rentals are easily accessible as well as boating and jet skiing. The weather is usually sunny and the beautiful setting can calm your soul and recharge your energy.

Gulf Activities: You can travel to Boca Grande and enjoy the beauty of the island, shopping and many restaurants. It has a history that is fascinating and a beach that is gorgeous with lots of white sand and glorious ocean. There are places you can eat and enjoy the beach view. It has a beautiful setting and lots of activities.

The Fishery: It is a beautiful setting where you can go deep sea fishing with a guide or simply enjoy a sunset cruise. It has a fishing pier and restaurant with lots of good seafood as well as a fresh fish shop where you can pickup shrimp that has come right off the boat. The stone crab is fantastic when in season!

we couldn't have asked for a more relaxing weekend or a more fantastic place to stay. the house is wonderful and went beyond our expectations. the breathtaking view is amazing, and we felt at home in this priceless little piece of paradise. can't wait to go back!
