Floor Plan: The master suite is secluded on the upper level for maximum privacy. The large private bathroom boasts a bath tub/shower, double sinks, tiled floor, and huge walk-in closet. A king-size bed, vaulted ceilings, and TV/VCR make this a true retreat.

On the main level you will find the large dining area with seating for eight, a fully-equipped kitchen which is perfect for entertaining with a large bar/island with seating for four, and the large living room with a rock gas fireplace, surround sound stereo system, Nintendo, Movie Library, TV, VCR, CD, and DVD player. The queen-size sleep sofa enhances the sleeping capacity of this home. The living room opens onto the redwood deck with its private hot tub.

The lower level contains a second bedroom with a queen-size bed and a private bathroom, a third bedroom with two bunk beds which sleeps up to (4) four. Another full bathroom is located on this level, as well as the laundry facility with full-size washer and dryer.

Overall great property and location within walking distance of downtown Breckenridge and short driving distance of many amenities. We had three generations of family in the house for a week and really appreciated the three levels. Several small additions/changes are suggested:

1. Add linens for kitchen
2. Clarify obligations for cleaning house on departure
3. Provide permits for parking in the common area spots that have signs threatening tow
4. Provide instructions for Sat. TV remote
5. Return phone calls requesting maintenance help

We are glad you enjoyed the townhome, it is great property. Thank you for your suggestions. As I'm sure you are aware, the rate does include a full cleaning following all departures and we do offer daily maid service upon request. However, we always appreciate guests straightening up prior to their departure.

The townhome does have reserved parking for 2 vehicles (one in the garage and one in front of the garage). The common area spots you referred to are designated for permitted maintenance and resident parking. We do have overflow parking on a first come, first service basis and must be reserved in advance.

The townhome also offers a Harmony universal remote for the entertainment system to simplify the multi-functions. This is one the most user friendly one-touch controls available and is self explanatory by choosing the activity you want to do, not the component you want to turn on (ie. Watch TV, Watch a DVD, etc.) The only trick that you encountered was making sure you replace the remote completely on the charger while not in use as instructed on the remote.

Once again, we are happy you enjoyed the townhome and hope that oiling the door following your request took away the squeak. We work hard to fix any maintenance issues immediately without disrupting the quiet enjoyment of our guests. Hope to have you back soon.
