Only 9 buildings with 33 units make this property quaint. The Marina and Famous Medano Beach are just minutes away as is the very private El Pedredgal Pacific side beach. You will have access to seeing some of the most expensive homes in the world dangling on the cliffs of the Pacific in El Pedregal. Nightlife is all around you if you are up to it. The Cabo Wabo and Squidrow are at your doorstep along with all the restaurants you can imagine. Come down the first week of Oct. and see one of the many free shows that Sammy Hagar puts on for his Birthday Bash in the Cabo Wabo(7min.walk) or stay for The Bisbee Million Dollar Marlin Tournament. Always Fun times!

Relax and enjoy a Personal Chef and or Butler for a fee. Ground transportation to and from the airport for parties up to 4 can be arranged in advance from Nov-May at additional cost. This will save you a very expensive taxi ride. Transport is provided by, 'My Parents', who live in the next complex over.
