The furniture is comfortable and cozy, and the kitchen is stocked with everything you could need for a restful, relaxing vacation. The best feature of the house: location, location, location! You can walk to Long Sands, Short Sands, and the Nubble Light. You can drive easily to the outlets in Kittery, or dinner in Kennebunkport. We have a huge roof deck; you can eat there, lounge there, and spend your nights under the stars. If you are looking for the perfect vacation week, this is the perfect house!

Enjoy relaxing in front of the TV in the spacious living room, or play cards or board games with your family. You don't have to go upstairs for a cold drink: grab one from the mini-fridge! There is a large laundry room on the first floor where you can get your washing done in our washer/dryer; enjoy the spacious outdoor shower for hosing down after a long beach day. Attached shed holds all of the beach gear, including the beach stroller; the kids will love the Step Two playhouse, toys, puzzles and games. Enjoy the starry nights from the roof-deck with seating for twelve; you can sun yourselves in the morning, relax in sun or shade in the afternoon, and use wonderful lighting to enjoy after-dinner visiting at night-- you will use it like an extra living room! Private road offers an easy nine minute walk to the beautiful Nubble lighthouse. We have generous parking that allows for your guests to visit and park safely. This house has all the comforts of home.
