Five Bedroom Villa on prestigious Seasons Resort in Kissimmee. A few minutes from Walt Disney World & other attractions, fully air conditioned & ideal for a large family or two smaller families to share. Unlimited free phone calls to mainland US, Canada & Puerto Rico. TVs in all bedrooms & games room with 200+ TV channels including English Premiership soccer channel.

It has gas heatable, west-facing private fully screened pool & spa, overlooking a conservation area. It has a removable safety fence & range of poolside furniture for sun worshippers.

Large Widescreen TV in family room. Fully carpeted games room includes an 8 foot slate bed billiards/pool table, Foosball table, darts, a seven seater corner sofa unit & TV/DVD/CD player. 2 sets of golf clubs for complimentary use by guests. A security safe is provided free of charge. The lower floor is wheelchair accessible. All linen and towels provided.

There are two master suites, a king-size en-suite bedroom on the lower floor (with walk-in shower and separate Roman bath), and a queen sized en-suite bedroom upstairs. There is an additional Full bedroom downstairs and two others upstairs including a children's room with bunk beds and a twin room. Each bedroom has cable TV and ample storage in closets and chests. There is a family bathroom on the upper level and a powder room on the lower level.

The vaulted ceiling family living room includes a 42-inch wide-screen TV, DVD/Video player and Hi-Fi. Wireless High speed broadband installed to allow connection of your laptop PC to the internet maintaining contact for business/personal activity.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer (including. ice maker). A separate dining area seats six and there is an additional nook dining seating four overlooking the pool/lanai.

A washer and dryer is provided in the utility room together with iron and ironing board. Free use of pack & play crib and high chair. All linen and towels included. An additional pull-out bed is provided if required.

No Smoking in villa please. No Pets allowed.

Great vacation.

This house was everything we expected a real "home from home" as it had everything we needed and more. Probably the best vacation we ever had as fantastic location made it ideal base for trips out. Had concerns about negative comments from 2011 guest but owner outlined what had happened then and steps he took to make things good. This allayed our concerns. Only problem we had was on arrival when screen around the pool had some damage to mesh but reported this to property manager ans was fixed same day. On day 2 a fence was erected between house and the one next door to increase privacy...GREAT!
Steve, the owner, great to work with as he gave us a great rate... we got this house for the rate that 3 bed villa owners wanted, This was much appreciated as we had always promised our 3 kids (7, 10 & 13) that we would take them to Orlando and WDW in particular one day. This vacation was in planning for 2 years and just before Christmas my husband became unemployed but we decided to keep our promise to the kids. Thanks to Steve giving us a good rate our total limited budget went that much further at the parks and beaches.
Really can't thank him enough and would recommend this house.

Great house and location.

We stayed in Orlando many times before and prefer Kissimmee area as it is good location for visiting the parks. It was very important to me and my family to have comfortable house and close to places we wanted to visit. This house is in fantastic spot. We could go to the parks in the morning and go home to chill before heading out again. The games room kept the kids happy while we rested or went in the pool..........the spa is fantastic, especially late at night with a glass of wine before off to bed. One of the best things is the hispeed internet. Recommend this house and we've booked again for next year already. The Cook family, London, England

Christmas Holiday

Great location - easy to get to Disney. Lots of space for our families which was nice. Our kids really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Unfortunately we were disappointed with the general cleanliness; more specifically the state of the interior rugs. They were in extremely poor condition as was the fabric furniture. The online pictures showed leather couches, but we had cloth couches that could definitely use a cleaning. Nonetheless we had a great holiday in Florida.
Lee was very easy to work with, which was nice.

FLA vacation highlighted by beautiful home

Recently my family from Ontario and my wife's brothers family from Newfoundland had the privilege of staying in Mr. Steve Attenborough's home. As this was a new way of vacactioning for us we are more than happy with our decision.

From the beginning Steve was very professional and quick to respond through email correspondance which surprised me, as we live in different parts of the world. I was a little skeptical regarding transfer of funds to an unknown receipient but was put at ease when the transfer went through and Mr. Attenborough forwarded my all kinds of documentation and useful information for the trip.

The house was amazing. It is a beautiful 5 bedroom home with 4 full bathrooms. The two boys (our son's) who journeyed with absolutely loved the pool and games room. Grandma also vacationed with us and aside from her having her main floor front room and personal bathroom, she loved the backyard as much as the kids and worshipped the sun daily.

The location is top notch as well. Close to all amedities, Walmart only a 3 minute walk and all highways only minutes away as well. Oh yah the home is also only 10-15 minute away from a few fantistic golf courses that I had the opportunity to play and would highly recommend Falcon's Fire to anyone lucky enough to get out and play.

Steve made our entire experience a great one. He provided all kinds of maps and key information for the surrounding area. We cannot thank him enough and not only have I referred this to many personal friends but I would recommend to anyone; as the entire experience in dealing with Steve and to stay in such a beautiful home was second to no one!

Already looking forward to next year!
