Our estate is located less than 2 miles directly west from the Mandalay Bay Resort and Convention Ctr. We are one block off of Russell Road and less than a mile from the Orleans Casino and Hockey Arena. Orleans has the largest Bowling Center and Theatre Complex in Las Vegas. We are a mile off the 215 beltway offering easy access to any part of town, Lake Meade/ Hoover Dam, Red Rock Canyon and Mount Charleston Ski Resort. Our close proximity to the strip (3 mins) and airport (11 mins) make it a perfect location to access any activities in Las Vegas area.

We stayed in this home for Memorial Day weekend 2008 and had a great time and We plan on using this home again for the Labor Day weekend this year. not far from the strip, the pool and jaccuzi was very relaxing.This home was everything we expected and more, we had a BALL. Thanks for letting my group use this home for our adult retreat. We normally don't do two in one year, but We had such a great time that we are coming back this year (Planning as We speak).

Our Perfect Wedding

We stayed at the house and hosted our wedding ceremony and reception there as well. The staff (Jay, Cayce and Charlie) were super - professional and welcoming. They coordinated all of our vendors and set-up the space the day off for the wedding. They were also so kind and helpful to us and our guests throughout the entire stay (even letting us back into the house two days later when we thought we had forgotten some stuff). We couldn't have asked for a better experience and are so happy that we got our perfect wedding.

Great Place to keep going back

As a group of thirteen people,we stayed in this home on the weekend of Feb 14 2009 and we had a ball. The place is very beautiful and well kept, great for a wedding or a reception. I had my wedding reception here and it was just fabulous. The area outside is just great and very 'photogenic' and the large room that we ended up setting for our dinner was just magnificient.My group plus the friends who joined us for the reception just loved it. Should we plan another trip to Vegas as a group, we are definitely going back to this house- my group was wishing they had more time to stay here.

In addition, the owners were very helpful.After learning that I wanted my wedding reception here, Suzie called to check whether she could assist with anything, helped to set us up with the hair stylists,made sure that we lacked nothing. This was very exceptional. And on the day of our arrival, we got delayed at the airport and the owner called to check on us and know that we were okey. What can I say, Charles and Suzie, thank you so much for all your help and connections, for opening your beautiful home to us and for making my big day a success! A big thank you and God bless!

Quiet & Peacful And Close To Everything!

Our family enjoyed the house immensely. There was always something for everyone to get busy with and enjoy. At other times we simply chose to do nothing and enjoyed it just as much! Being in the house was vacation enough and a perfect place for reunions, corporate functions and special occasions. The home was comfortable and nicely maintained, The set up allowed the whole family to be together all the time but also allowed enough space for privacy, Plus, the owner was most accommodating. Thank you.

You will not be disappointed

The house was exactly what we expected and more. Great for a large group. We had 8 people and were very comfortable. It was big, clean, and in a great location (the master suite is huge and very private the shower and bath are amazing) It took less than 5 minutes to get to the strip. As the homeowner, Charles is more than willing to accomodate every need he can and he is very accessible by phone should anything come up during your stay also returns calls/emails efficiently.We will recommend the house to our family and friends and we will definitely stay here again!!!!
