Gorgeous water view cottage, with mahogany decked porch. Brick way leading to rear patio area and blue stone stepped garden. Outdoor shower with grounds surrounded by shrubs and Arbor Vitae trees. Interior is air cooled with ceiling fans in each room, aged yellow pine floors throughout. The house is wired for sound with speakers in each room and rear side porch. The well tooled kitchen has granite countertops and is bathed in light. Walking distance to: town, beach, ferry, restaurants...everything!

Let's face it. When renting a house, you can't be too sure what to expect. Though you want to believe what you see in the pictures, more often than not, reality often won’t live up to your hopeful expectations. I am happy to say that is NOT the case with this property!

Not only was the house beautiful and spacious, but meticulously detailed. The owner has pretty much thought of everything. So much so, we were actually shocked that we didn't have to run out to pick up something we may have missed! They had us covered!

We comfortably slept 6 adults and even with everyone in the house simultaneously, not once did we feel crowded in.

The location is perfect. The house is located less than a block from the Ink Well.The property manager and owner were friendly, very helpful and were always available to help.

We didn't get an opportunity to visit any restaurants, but that's only because we all felt so comfortable just remaining in the house and firing up the grill!

I'd definitely recommend staying here for adults, couples, families or just friends looking to re-connect. We had a great time and we will be back!
