Wish we were still there

Stayed in this unit March 11th thru Mar 18th.
Condo
Stayed in a studio which over looks the pool. It was just my wife and I, so there was plenty of room for the two of us. The condos in this complex are all face the ocean (to the west), so they all should have a beautiful view. The pool has alternating colored lights that shine from under the water that looks great after dark.
We dined out only in the evenings so used the kitchen quite a bit. Don't recall wishing for anything that wasn't there.
The thing we enjoyed most by far was the balcony. Don't think we missed a sunset the week we were there. We started each day there with breakfast and coffee and we ended each day with a night cap looking over the ocean with the moon shining.
The only negative we encountered was this unit can be joined to the adjacent unit. There is a door between the units that does not fit the frame very tightly. At times we could hear conversations from the adjacent unit. I think mostly due to how loud the guests in that unit were (we referred to them as the 'Loud Family').
You may have heard there is construction going on in the units to the north. On occasion we would hear muffled constructions noises, but was not a distraction at all.
Beach
We've been to several places in the Caribbean and this is the nicest beach yet. Very fine white sand and turquoise water. The sand part of the beach is at least 50 yards wide. The beach is across a street from the condos, but really only a few steps from the pool area (guests enter/exit thru a locked gate). The winds blow out of the east here, so with the beach being to the west, waves never get very aggressive. The water goes out fairly gradual with no rocks what so ever. Perfect for swimming.
You should be aware there are a few sand burs that blow onto the sand of the beach.
Weather
Every day was a carbon copy of the previous day. Sunny or light clouds, with a stiff breeze. My opinion, it couldn?t have been better.
Overall a great place to stay! Alan, the property manager was also great!

Owner's Response: Thanks for the great review! We must add that, based on comments before this review, the adjoining door to the one-bedroom condo (which, when open, converts this studio and one-bedroom into a super deluxe two-bedroom) has been completely sealed to avoid any distraction or disturbance from neighboring guests when the units are rented separately. The sound has been tested and is comparable with any neighboring suite in hotels. These condos are in a deluxe, beachfront, all-two-or-three-bedroom condominium resort. Lock-off studio and 1-bedroom condos (and ours are one the very few in this resort) makes this luxury resort accessible to singles, couples, small families and budget watchers; in this resort, this can only be achieved by having an interior lock-off door within a bigger unit (which is the case here), but this door must then be properly sealed for guest privacy. Which is what we've duly taken care of.
And the construction works are in the back of this phase, completely separate, out of sight and thus with no hinder whatsoever to guests. We are happy to see this fact independently confirmed in this review by a previous guest.
Our motto is: "We treat all our guests as VIP." Opinions are always welcome, and their comments for improvement are always followed up upon with due diligence!
We are enthused to see yet another very satisfied guest.
