Great house to use as a base to visit many attractions. Take an overnight trip to Mexico (3 hour drive). Fly to Las Vegas for the day from the local Burbank Airport (1/2 hr flight). Disneyland is less than an hour drive. Plus all the local attractions like Universal Studios, Hollywood, Magic Mountain, and Getty Museum less than 1/2 hr away, should keep you very busy! Or you could just relax in the 6 person hot tub/jacuzzi on the garden patio, and enjoy the spectacular city view. The pool and tennis court are available from sun-up to sun-down. You can also take a 20 minute scenic drive through Topanga Canyon directly to the beach. What kind of vacation do you wish for?

Notes: This five bedroom + loft + three bathroom home, is a great house for family vacations, small get togethers, intimate weddings, and is centrally located to some of LA's major attractions. This spacious home offers 3,000 square feet of living space, and panoramic views from every room. There are two large master bedrooms, both with king size beds, one has it's own bathroom the other an additional sofabed/sitting area. It also includes a small separate tree-top-view studio/loft, with a queen sofabed, that can be used as a den, a sixth bedroom, or an office. Amenities include 3 rooms with cable TV, a DVD and VCR player, dvd/vhs movies, central air-conditioning and heat, and a washing machine and dryer. On the rear garden patio, is a six person spa/hot tub - perfect for balmy nights relaxing in the bubbles and enjoying the twinkling lights of the city below. Spectacular view tennis court and pool, accessible by resident members and guests, is only a 3 minute walk to the top of the hill.

Area Activities: This great vacation rental is in a safe, million $ neighborhood, centrally located to most of LA's major attractions, but without the crowds and noise. Only 7 minutes to movie theatres, bars, restaurants, shopping malls grocery stores, less than 20 minutes to Universal Studios, Hollywood, Magic Mountain, Getty Museum and more. Just a two minute walk to hiking in the Santa Monica Mountains! Plus five minutes from the house is beautiful Topanga Canyon, which winds through the hills, for a 20-minute scenic drive directly to the beach. 10 minutes from the house, are several public golf courses. Almost exclusive use of club house facilities including a beautiful 55 ft pool and spectacular view tennis court, less than 300 feet from the driveway of the house.Tennis rackets and balls are provided, as are free local/long distance phone calls, and wireless internet. For your entertainment, we have a private garden spa, 75+ DVDs, board games and Sony Playstation 2 with video games for all ages.

House Rules: Large events/house parties are strictly prohibited. Single adults under the age of 21, must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Responsible guest must be 24+ to sign our occupancy agreement. $155 cleaning fee. $500 refundable reservation/damage deposit required.

Fantastic views, almost exclusive use of a great pool and tennis court and a perfect location for chilling out whilst being close to all that LA has to offer.

Having the owners on hand for any problems or advice was brilliant and nothing was too much trouble.

The only thing I would say is that at this price and size/location you can't expect 100% perfection, it is a rental villa afterall and the main thing is it's clean!.

We had some great nights with the BBQ and hot tub whilst overlooking the bright lights of LA.

Highly recommend the Cheesecake Factory for eating (about 2 miles from the villa) and for the thrill seekers don't miss Six Flags!.
Recommended for:  Families with Teenagers, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway, Adventure Seekers, Families with Young Children
