Vacation at Pine Ridge Farm Carriage House in the scenic Catskill Mountains with over 110 acres with 3 miles of private trails to enjoy. We are located 2 1/2 hours north of NY City bordering Sunny Hill Golf Course. 9 golf courses in the area. Just 16 miles to Ski Windham with ice skating, snow tubing, snowboarding & skiing. Fully furnished 2 bedroom, king & queen & 1 twin roll-a-way beds. Complete kitchen with full sized fridge, stove/oven, microwave oven & dishwasher, washer/dryer, crock pot, coffee maker, toaster & blender. All dishes, wine, champagne, martini & margarita glass, pots & pans, utensils & linens provided. Elegant dining room with cable TV/DVD. Large family room with 2 couches, cable TV/DVD/VCR. CD/Stereo player,gaming table (chess), vies of the meadows, pond, woods & mountains. WiFi. Air Conditioning/Heat Gas BBQ grill & outdoor fireplace (wood supplied), patio furniture. Wildlife seen daily. Visit with our horses. Large groups rent both of our homes, sleep 9 adults

We have just returned from a wonderful weekend at this farm. The quiet nights and mornings, the outside fireplace, the animals, the local sceneries... And all combined with the great hospitality of Ms. Gioja made it an unforgettable weekend. Ms Gioja is very proud of what she does, she enjoys every aspect; and it shows. We were met with great hospitality, and a spotless-clean home. She thought of every detail to make our stay a comfortable and perfect one. We will certainly be back.

Our stay at the carriage house was very
enjoyable ( 3-21-3-24-09 ). Liz is a
wonderful host, who treated us with such care. She took us around her beautiful farm on her quad ,showing us all the trails that you may explore.The Carriage House is simply a wonderful place to stay, it has everything you may need to enjoy your stay.The wild life on the farm is amazing to watch and enjoy.We will be back this summer to see Liz and Mike, to get together and barbque and enjoy the beautiful surroundings . See you soon Liz & Mike, thanks for everything.

Brayan and I(Alexa)feel like we're visiting old friends when we stay at Pine Ridge. We've been there so many times and just can't get enough. Our last visit was a birthday gift to me from Brayan in the last week of January. We stayed five days, saw 2 snow storms and 1 day where it all iced over! Those mountains are so beautiful and peaceful, even more so with snow. We had a great time as always.The Carriage house was beautiful, as is custom, with Liz as the greatest hostess. We didn't get to go out too much due to the weather, but I would'nt have had it any other way. Brayan gave me the greatest birthday gift taking me up to Pine Ridge Farms. I even had surprise Birthday ballons from Liz! Turns out she knew all along.
I can't say it enough, Pine Ridge Farms is the best place for rest and relaxation. The perfect escape from the stresses of everyday life. The only bad part is when it's time to leave. Liz knows...Brayan and I both have a hard time with that!
Thank again to Liz and her family.You make us feel so welcome, It's like coming home. Ohh and thanks for my birthday balloons Liz!! See you again soon, we promise.

Our stay at Pine Ridge Farm was great! It was a relaxing vacation and felt very isolated. The property was surrounded by a variety of harmless animals and the scenery was quite exquisite
