If you are looking to get away from those crowded, all-inclusive resorts and heavy tourism - Rincon is the place for you! Rincon is well known for spectacular sunsets and near perfect weather, you will not be disappointed. You can sit on your own balcony and watch the famous humpback whales (from January to March) or see world-class surfing at the famous Sandy Beach. Our house has five bedrooms. Downstairs has 2 BRs, 1 bathroom and pull-out sofa bed. Second floor has 3 BRs, 3 bathrooms one bedroom with a king bed the rest of the bedrooms in the house have queen beds. Each floor has its own full kitchen & living area. Each floor can be rented as separate apartments. You will not be disappointed when you see our spectacular views or sit in our infinity-edge pool and gaze at the ocean. You have a three minute walk to the beach and several other open air bars and restaurants!

We are located across the street from the well-known Tamboo bar and restaurant, open for lunch and dinner daily. There are several other open-air restaurants/bars and beaches all within walking distance.We are a 3 minute walk to Sandy Beach one of the best surfing beaches in Rincon!

Truly an Ocean View Paradise

This is truly an "Ocean View Paradise" and was such a perfect place for us to stay. I cannot say how much we enjoyed the beauty and the comfort! We rented the whole second floor which gave all us room to spread out and relax. The patio was used like crazy on those hot afternoons, just relaxing and reading in the shade. We had dinners "in" a few evenings with some extra guests and had plenty of room. (The kitchen had everything we could possibly need!)

The pictures don't do this place justice. MUST SEE!!!

Paradise.....

This beautiful home exceeded our expectations. The view and location was spectacular. Property was clean, the owners awesome, and we would highly recommend.
The location is close (walking) to great restaurants/bars/beach - while dinner on the patio over looking the pool/ocean was as good as it gets!

My husband & 2 family members stayed in 2 bedroom unit in this house and had a wonderful time. The owner happened to be there during our stay and helped us with suggestions for restaurants and place to see. She was very sweet and as a result my husband returned this past week 5/29/08-6/2/08 with an associate on business and stayed in smaller unit below and loved it too! Great penthouse type oceanviews, modern, clean and english is spoken in all places. I love rincon and can't wait to go back!!

I would recommend this spectacular Beach View House as
the number one in Rincon. The owners are very hospitable!
They made us feel like family.....Wow!!! Diane and Gino
