Welcome to our Villa! It sits in quiet Sandy Ridge community, which is located within 9 miles to Disney main gate west to Disney Parks. The community is surrounded by a reserved undeveloped area. Playground and many ponds are inside the community. All make you a feeling of a country retreat. It is conveniently close to junction 58 of I4. Universal Studio, Orlando international airport are about 30 minutes driving. Champion gate and Reunion golf courses is just 2 minutes drive away and here will you find Publix supermarket, 24 hr McDonald's, Subway, gas station, banking facilities and some other small retail outlets. If you plan to shop at Wal-Mart, marker 5 of 192 can be reached in just 10 minutes via a quiet local road.

Description: The villa is fully furnished. There are 5 bedrooms and 3 bath including 2 master en-suites, making it ideal for big family and two families. The living room has high vaulted ceiling and the ceiling fan. It features 32-in cable TV. A formal dining table with 6 seats is placed in the dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: oven, refrigerator, built-in microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker, toaster, etc. A breakfast table for 2 people sits in the kitchen. A separate laundry room has washer/dryer. The first master bedroom has a king bed, full bathroom, walk in closet, cable TV. The second master bedroom has a full bed, full bathroom. The third and fourth bedrooms have two twin beds each, making them perfect for the kids. There is a queen size sofa bed in the fifth bedroom. A cable TV is available here. You can choose to use it as a bedroom or an entertainment room.

Entertainment: Enjoy the private pool in our villa. You will have pool heating available at 10am - 10 pm as an optional extra. One set of pool table with 4 chairs is in the pool area. We also prepare a game room in the garage. Pool table and air hockey are provided. Our villa is baby friendly. Crib, high chair, stroller are provided for your use for free. Free high speed Internet and local phone is available as well.

Wonderful Vacation Home

We stayed at this home in November 2007. We had two families for a total of 9 people, plenty of room for all. It was very nicely equiped with all the extras. The kids really liked having the pool outside the door and they trully loved the garage area that was changed into a rec/play room. Jane was also wonderful to work with, she was quick with replies and very truthful about everything. If you are not sure about the location of this house it is very convienent to all the major highways and only takes minutes to get to everything, yet what is nice is your not in constant traffic and the constant noise and hustle. I would highly recommend this property and its owner.
Everything was wonderful with our experience and we will probably rent from her again in the future!!

we stayed at the house from 0ct2008 to nov2008,the house was, very nice,tv video,etc, no electric kettle, and better iron would be nice,but these are only minor points,beds lovely comfy,all rooms lovely,a great value house for what it costs,we will stay again in future.good location for parks,left out of sandy right on lake wilson rd to the top,turn right onto192,one mile turn right to disney parks, 10minutes in all. great. again left out of sandy 3mins to publix on left, orcarry on to champs way another3mins publix,subway,macs,beauty parlour etc nails 20$,girls loved it,publix seemed better food quality than walmart at about the same price. as i said great location jun58i4,great for park we went to bush gardens and clearwater beach,later was busy around tampa but quite a straight run, and the beach was the most beautiful i have seen.so a great day out. jane deng is a very helpful person whom replied to all our emails very quickly,life is not always perfect,jane was kind to us and made us feel welcome and fair at all times.thankyou we had a great holiday from a great house,in great place, rented from a great lady. great for parks ,great for airport,great for kissimmee. we hope to use this house again in the future.

Perfect home for perfect vacation 3 familys had plenty of room plenty of fun. This home is right by all the attractions and the kids loved the pool. The owners of this home were wonderful to work with will be back soon for our next vacation.

We stayed at this villa in April 2008. We had two families of 5 each stay in this house and there was plenty of room. The beds in the master suites we found to be extremely comfortable.The private pool was a huge asset to our stay seeing as there were 6 kids total and the kids swam all day, whenever we were home. The drive to downtown disney and all the theme parks was all of 10-15min, drive.
We would definetly stay here again.

Great Vacation Rental

This was a very nice transaction. The owners went out of their way to be helpful. They emailed us often to answer all our questions. Their directions to the location were easy to follow. The house was clean and in good shape with all the ammenities we needed. The pool was definately a nice addition. The house is centrally located between Orlando and Tampa so we could go to either side of the State for activities. I would definately recommend this property to others.
