Located on a quiet side-road in the village of Northeast Harbor, 'Threave Cottage' is within easy walking distance to the NEH Tennis Club, NEH Golf Course, downtown and the Marina. Hiking trail entrances to Acadia are just around the corner. Threave offers a very spacious fenced yard, a rare find for an in-town location. There is a sunny rear deck which overlooks the yard, perfect for any summer gathering. The first floor offers a guest bedroom (queen) with bathroom, den, kitchen, dining room (seats 8), and a large living room. The second floor offers two bedrooms (double and two twins) and a bathroom. A separate stair leads to a Master Suite (queen) with full bathroom offering an oversized shower and separate oversized tub. Threave offers guest parking in the front near the main entrance, and private parking in the rear to mudroom/kitchen entrance.
