This is the left side of a duplex located in the Killington / Pico area. House is about a 2 minute drive away from the Pico ski area and less than 10 mintues to the Killington access road. Kitchen / Living area and half bath are on the first floor of the unit. The kitchen and living room area are one large open space. There is a brand new sectional sofa for watching TV / movies or just sitting by the fireplace insert wood stove for those cold Killington winter nights. (The wood stove has a glass door so you can see the fire). 3 bedrooms and full bath are on the 2nd floor.

Located less than 1 mile from the Pico Ski Area Parking Lot and approximately 3 miles to the Killington access road. The house is also located walking distance from both the Long Trail and Appalachian Trail junction at Willard Gap which makes for some great hiking and snowshoeing.

There is a new sectional sofa in the living room area. TV / VCR / DVD with movies at the house. Also there is a selection of board games and card games. The hot tub is a 6 person outdoor hot tub.
