4 bedroom 3 bathroom townhouse on Club Cortile, Seven Dwarfs Lane, a gated community just 5 miles from Disney. Fabulous location, superbly equipped townhouse. Master bedroom with king size bed , walk in closet, large en suite & 2 x 2 twin bedrooms with separate bathroom are upstairs. Junior Master with queen size bed, en-suite. Open plan kitchen, lounge, diner + utility room are downstairs. Screened porch off the lounge. TV in lounge with premium channel cable & DVD player. TV in all bedrooms with cable. Fully equipped kitchen with everything from a bottle opener to a slow cooker. All linens, towels, pool towels & a cooler to take to the pool/beach are supplied. A crib, stair gate & high chair are all supplied. FREE WIFI, FREE US/Canada/Puerto Rico phone calls & a FREE safe. Community has a pool & spa, large deck area, plenty of loungers, tennis/basketball court, tot lot. 4000 sq ft clubhouse with gym, Internet room & theater room . Just 5 min walk along Seven Dwarfs Lane to HWY192, Sports Bar, Restaurants, Shops and Lynx Public Transport. A quiet haven away from the parks

Our townhome has all that you need to make you instantly 'feel at home'. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, and even things you don't! The utility room houses a full size washer, separate dryer, iron and ironing board, so there is no need to take dirty laundry home with you.

With cable TV in all bedrooms and premium cable in the lounge, there should be no arguments over what to watch. An iPod dock with radio is also in the lounge. There is a DVD player in the lounge, but for a more fun experience you could book the theatre room, take your own DVD, popcorn, snacks and drinks and watch your movie - just like being AT the movies!

There is a hairdryer in each bathroom.

The heated pool with large sundeck is the perfect place to relax after a tiring day at the theme parks, or to chill out during the day. There is a tot lot to one side of the pool and a tennis/basketball court to the other side for the more energetic. The fitness room is accessible from the pool area or through the clubhouse. Free wifi is available in the pool/clubhouse area.

There is free WIFI at the house and free calls to USA, Canada and Puerto Rico. There is also a safe to use in the house, also free of charge.

Amazing house in a quiet and beatiful community

That was my first booking at this place and it was a wonderful experience. The house is well equipped and very comfortable. It has all the appliances you need, very well maintained and working perfectly. Target and Sams Club are in a walking distance and Publix and WalMart less than 5 minutes by car.
After a 10 hours flight from Brazil we were looking forward to get there and rest, and as soon as we stepped in the impression could not be better. There was a scent of cleanness, everything in order and the radio turned on in a very nice song. It made us fell home.
The community is also beautiful and quiet. I even met other guests from my country and we could chat a little.
The proximity to Disney complex allowed me to go to the parks in the morning, come back to relax afternoon and come back there later to see the firework at night.
I recommend to all who seeks an option better than a hotel.

Steve and Karen,

Thank you for letting us stay in your home. It was well cared for and well equipped with anything anyone could possibly need. We skipped Disney this year and did other things. When we arrived the condo was nice and clean the only thing was in all bathrooms only a 1/2 roll toilet paper was on toilet rolls andthey didnt leave any extra.
I would recommend this property rental to anyone that would like a nice place close to all recreation. We enjoyed air boats, alligators and race cars this year and looking forward to renting this home again in the future

As the house is 'self catering' our Management Company only leave enough supplies to start you off. There is Target, Walmart and Sams Club minutes from the house.

Fantastic location to see Disney

My wife and I spent 15 nights at Steve and Karen's place for our honeymoon. The house is lovely throughout - 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen/diner - if only our home was as spacious! The house is located within a gated community with access to a lovely pool - perfect for relaxing after a fun filled day at one of the theme parks. The house is perfectly located for lots of bars and restaurants, we especially loved Applebees, a 5 minutes walk away... 2-4-1 on drinks and 2-couse meals for under 10 dollars! Disney is only 10 minutes drive and the same 5-minute walk to Applebees will get you to the bus stop if you don't have a car. We had an amazing time and we will be back!

Good place to stay and central location

I usually stay at Club Cortille although this was my first booking at Karen and Steve's place.

I had an enjoyable stay. It's a spacious house in a quiet area but central to all the attractions. The house had all the mod-cons and was a welcome place to rest after a busy day enjoying Florida.

The TV even has some football channels so I could keep up with some of the matches back home.

All in all I was pleased I made the booking and will try to book there again in future.
