Club Cortile Vacation Rental townhome

My family and I stayed at Karen and Steve's lovely townhouse the first 2 weeks in June 2009 . We had arrived later than planned but the entry instructions and codes for access were all as advised in the pre holiday details sent . The house was a great surprise as we had not thought it was to be as large and spacious so the kids had a great time exploring the property and choosing which bed room to opt for. The whole house was very clean and well maintained and has been kept to a high standard which says alot about the owners. All the items listed in the house specification were present with a great selection of kitchen utensils , washing machine , dryer , towels etc etc.,

The property has a very good air con unit which was ideal given the high temperatures but perhaps a little noisy when it first switched on in the morning but no big problem, Given the size of the bedrooms and the great wardrobe capacity , this house is perfect for families of all sizes and would be ideal for a group of friends. It was nice to have the good kitchen and large dining room table as a few nights we cooked and stayed in rather than go out. The complex has a small pool and jacquizi which we used a few times late in the afternoon when we had returned from the parks . It was good to have the use of the small but adequate gym which I actually used 7 times when I was there so quite impressed with my dedication !! The staff working in the complex reception were all helpful and answered any questions I had and made you feel welcome. The site felt safe and again was kept to a good standard with a nice lake in the middle.

Location wise , the property was well placed just off the 192 and within walking distance of a group of restaurants and shops. We mainly ended up using the Applebees restaurant which was good value and catered well for the family with friendly staff (especially Darna) . It had 3 decent size supermarkets in Target . Walmart and another that I cannot recall which we used regulary for food and drink,
Given that we had hopper passes we were out every day so again the house location was within 20 minutes of most of the major attractions ie Disney water parks , Epcot , Islands of adventure , Universal , Seaworld , Animal Kingdom , Int drive etc etc.

Finally the customer service from Steve and Karen before departure and during the holiday was excellent and we would certainly recommend this property . We look forward to visiting again in the near future

The townhouse was absolutely perfect. It was very convenient and close to shopping, restaurants and, more importantly, Disney! It was just as advertised, very clean and well equipped and much better than we had anticipated. The owners were great and very easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay here again (and again and again)! Thanks for helping make our trip one to remember.

My family and I stayed at Steve and Karen's home at Club Cortile and had a wonderful stay. The vacation home was so clean we couldn't believe it. Also, it is a very spacious home with everything you could need. Very close to many restaurants, shopping and tourist attractions. Would highly recommend this location. Also, the owners Steve and Karen couldn't have been any nicer.
