This home was the worse vacation home you could have stayed in. It was simply beautiful,but nothing work. Air Condition had to stay on 77 to 80 degrees or it would be freeze up. we were told if this happen we would have to paid the repair bill . So house was hot. Had to go buy fans. I paid for pool heat.Friday when we got there no pool heat.We call bryan but he kept giving us instruction on how to fix pool. Finaly by Wednesday night we had some warm water to swim in, The repair man had came out. Ants, you couldn't leave anything out it we be covered by ants. Washer and dryer worked somewhat it took 160 minutes to dry 1 batch of clothes.Coffee pot didn't work had to go buy new one. House was suppose to have tv's in the bedrooms. only had 1 .He said he new they were broken. well don't rent home with tv in every room if they don't work. Kids all slept in the one room that tv worked on the floor.
We were very disappointed in the home but still had fun at Disney. I wouldn't rent it again or refer this home to anyone. unless problem are fixed especially a/c . when you come home from the parks after being in the heat you
would to have a/c working in the home. 77 to 80 degrees not accepted.

Owner's Response: In response to the above review we have been in contact with renter and have offered a refund. The pool heater was working unfortunately the neighbor next door had plugged in extension cords to an outlet that was connected to the heater and the circuit breaker kept turning off. That has been corrected. The dryer did have a problem and we purchased a new dryer and installed it. We never told the renter that she could not turn the air condition cooler or that she would be charged for a repair. No where on the website do we advertise tv's in all rooms in fact we specifically told her it did not have tv's in the 2 childrens rooms and she indicted that she would bring a portable tv. Lastly, there where no ants in the home. The renter told me she wrote that in the review because I asked her not to leave any food out because the previous renters did and we had to call a pest company to spray for ants.
