You won't be disappointed. It is new with a great floor plan with one level living, large master bedroom, walk out, study, wet bar, spacious kitchen, courtyard, skylight, and water feature. Near Sand Hollow Reservoir which features boating, hiking and miles of ATV trails, golf courses, walking trails and near Zion’s National Park, two hours from Las Vegas on I-15. Minimum rental period is one month.

Great place to stay

What a beautiful house! My husband and I stayed for a week while on a golfing trip. The house has all the amenities, great shower, beautiful kitchen, and the views are amazing. It's nice to have the freedom of cooking a meal or eating out. Restaurants are about a 15 minute drive, but we didn't mind. There's a Walmart close by for groceries, very convenient. The area is up and coming, with Sand Hollow Golf Course 2 minutes away (highly recommend a round there if you're a golfer). Thank you to Greg and Janet for making their property available, and for all their help before and during our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!

My wife & I stayed here for 5 days in Jan 2012. The house is beautiful as is the area. We hope to retire to this area in a few years. If you stay here, you will feel like your at home and will need nothing as everything is provided. The owners were very gracious host's and were only a phone call away if we needed anything.


We hope the home will be available for our next visit to the area.

Beautiful Home in Perfect Location!

Our family of four recently had the privilege of renting this beautiful home for four nights. We arrived late at night and couldn't see our surroundings, but the inside of the home was even better than described - beautiful, spacious, clean, and very comfortable. When we awoke the following morning we were stunned by the natural beauty surrounding the home. Tired from our travels, we hung around the house the first day and discovered that we could hike to a beautiful secluded swimming hole. We spent time outside watching hummingbirds (Greg and Janet, you definitely need a hummingbird feeder!) and a stunning double rainbow. The following days included trips to Grand Canyon North Rim, Zion, and Bryce. The house is well stocked with olive oil, condiments, etc... and is was so nice to have those things on hand as we prepared several meals here. Looking through our vacation pictures, we all noticed that the most beautiful photos came from our time at the Reed's home and the nearby reservoir. Many thanks for sharing your home with our family!

Excellent home, fair price, and a conveneint location

We used this house as a home-base for trips to Zion (1 hour East), the North Rim (2.5 hours south) and Bryce (~2 hours north-east)--conveniently located between the three. The home is large and comfortable and is stocked with all the amenities we needed to cook our own dinners and make our stay pleasant. We will definitely want to stay here again when we next come back. It is located in a partially completed housing complex, so many of the streets are deserted. That may feel odd to some folks, but we prefer the privacy and the situation was perfect for us.

We had a great stay, the home is as nice as the photos and very clean. It was nice to be only 5 minutes from the Sand Hollow Reservoir. We will be back for sure.
