YOU CAN VIEW THIS HOUSE AND ALL THE OTHER RENTALS AT LA PUNTILLA. This house NOT in Puerto Vallarta, I'm having trouble moving the thumbtack. Casa de La Puntilla is located 12 miles north of the Puerto Vallarta airport (PVR). The gated and guarded development of 19 luxury homes is located off Hwy 200 between Bucerias and La Cruz, on the road to Punta Mita Four Seasons hotel (Carretera Punta de Mita, km 1.5 from Hwy 200).

Surf and Sun: Rest by the pool, or venture out to the beach areas of Destiladares, Sayulita, San Pancho (San Francisco), or Punta Mita. Great beaches, fun beach restaurants, good boogie boarding and surfing. Beach in front of house is shallow and best for young children.

Restaurant Paradise: Never have the restaurants been so good as in La Cruz (Frascati, the famous Taco Stand, La Glorieta), Bucerias (Mark's, Famar), and in Puerto Vallarta (Cafe de Olla, Maxmilian's, Archie's Wok, Barcelona Tapas, and the always fun Pipi's). All guests receive a 60-page booklet all about the area - best beaches, best shopping, best restaurants.

Golf: There are now 7 golf courses near Casa de La Puntilla - Four Seasons Jack Nicklaus course with the floating green; 3 courses in Nuevo Vallarta - including El Tigre, Mayan Palace; Flamingos; Marina Vallarta; and 2 courses Vista Vallarta.

My family and I stayed here for a week. The house was beautiful, very clean and well maintained, just like the pictures. We felt very safe in this secured neighborhood. Greg was there to meet us and help us find the house, give us a tour and get us anything we needed. Puerto Vallarta was absolutely beautiful and I would definitely go back to this house if I was back in the area.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
