1.For less than two comparable Disney rooms you and your family can afford a huge home all to yourself.
2.The kids get their own pool and games room. (Beware, you will have to drag them away to the parks, the biggest complaint we get is that the kids just don't want to leave the home even to go see Mickey)
3.You can save a lot of money by making quick meals , eating at home before going to the park or after coming home from the park. Disney allows you to carry food/water but not Sea World or Universal
4.The home is close enough that little ones can come home take a nap and be back to Disney and stay until the end of the day. It makes for happier kids and easier time for the grown ups
5. You have the freedom to go to Coco beach (FREE), or go to Orlando mall, or to the shopping outlets, or a trip to NASA
(did you know that NASA is a wild life preserve, you can see a lot of gators, turtles, dolphins, birds along the way)

Windsor Hills is a gated community with a 24 hour manned security gate. This place is constructed with vacation families in mind.
There is a 10,000 sq. ft. clubhouse which overlooks heated double Olympic lagoon-style zero entry swimming water pool with slide, luxurious pool side lounging chairs shaded by palm trees and a hot tub
There is a Unique children’s castle themed play area where you can play on the dragon or swing set
There is a State-of-the-art Movie Theater, seats 58. Lists of movies are posted every day, our big kids sometimes plan their day around the movie
They have video game room, a five-star fitness room, sand volley ball, lighted tennis courts and basketball courts & a putting green area.
Directly in front of our home is a large walking trail with a sand box and a large swing set. Around the corner sits another play area. So when parents ask me how many minutes to the Club House I say Depends on the number of stops the kids will make.
