About this property

Rural location in the mountains amazing views. The villa is on three floors, it is available to rent per room. @ 69 euros per night.We have four double rooms available. This listing is for one room only. Recently re-modernised Villa 2018, spacious, clean and modern home with equipped kitchen plus sitting room and outside dining area al fresco. Big garden area and safe secure parking on the property for up to 4 vehicles. My husband and I live on the ground floor with our 3 german shepherd dogs who are wwell trained and very friendly. The views are amazing, we are surrounded by mountains and also a fantastic view over the Gulf of Cagliari . The most beautiful beaches in Italy are found close by, the nearest being only 10 minutes drive away!
