My wife and I, accompanied by a friend stayed at this property in late March 2008. The condo was perfect for our needs. It was as if the owners had walked out and we walked in a half our later. The property was very clean and comfortable. The downstairs living and dining areas comforatbly furnished. The kitchen was fully equipped and easy to work in. There was nothing we needed that we couldn't find.
Upstairs the bedrooms were air and the beds very comfortable. We made full use of the washer and dryer saving a lot of time when we returned home.
The location is perfect for visits to Vanderbilt or downtown Nashville. Our trip focused on musical events around the downtown area and at the Bluebird Cafe. We were never more that 20 minutes from our destination. The condo also has convenient access to the interstate highway system and more distant destinations.
We enjoyed a nearby restaurant - The Tin Angel and recommend it highly. Really good food well prepared and served. Not pretentious but excellent meals.
The owners were easy to work with. They responded to our inquiries promptly and with clear answers. Paperwork and payments were easy and our deposit refund was prompt.
This is an excellent property and we will visit it again.
All in all we recommend the property to anyone looking for a base for a Nashville adventure.
We had a girls weekend at this house. The layout is great, and the backyard is incredible. I spent a lot of time on the back porch with a book a glass of wine. The house is very clean and well decorated, definitley feels homey. The cab ride to the downtown bars is only $10-13. It is walking distance to a few little restaurants. I highly recommend staying here :) We loved our trip.
If your group has a choice between a hotel or a home, this is the way to go. The location is wonderful. We walked downtown day and night without any problems. The neighbors are very nice. The accommodations are as described, although if you need a printer you will need to be prepared to purchase an ink cartridge. We enjoyed sitting in the back yard, too.
Luisa provided excellent customer service. I will recommend this property to friends and relatives visiting Nashville.
We walked downtown and generally enjoyed the sites. We did take the trolley tour, which was nice for some information but really only served as a ride to the Parthenon for us. The other stops were not that exciting and were easy to get to without the trolley.
The drive to the Belle Meade Plantation is worth the trip (about 20 minutes) if you enjoy history. The wine is pretty good, too.
We ate at Jack's BBQ and it was great. Do not be fooled by the line. It moves quickly and it's not hard to find a seat; we went upstairs.
Great location ... very easy to get any where ... all of downtown, highways, colleges, would recommend stayinghere. House was very clean, was great to have the washer/dryer to use. Yes there are a few creaks as a previous reviewer mentioned however was by far and away better than a hotel. Owners were very responsive to inquiries. Got to watch great games and then experience the Ryman and the Opry was very easy to get to all venues. Airport is only 15 min away. Thanks for the Nashville hospitality.
We had a great stay in Nashville at the Fairmont over Music Row. It's a lovely home in a great location. The house was super clean and nice. It's perfect for a family or a group of friends. You can walk to Music Row and you're close to everything else including downtown and Vandy. The owners were very nice and accommodating. I definitely recommend the Fairmont over Music Row for your Nashville stay! Thanks!
