Looking for a wonderful, peaceful area to vacation? This townhome is nestled in the Catalina Foothills with easy access to Ventana Canyon golf course, walking and hiking in beautiful Sabino Canyon. The view from the back patio is of the city lights by night and the Santa Rita Mountains to the south. The front view is of the Santa Catalina Mountains. Across the street is a lovely pool, jacuzzi, and tennis court. This townhome is on one level. Park your car in the double garage and access the separate laundry room and adjacent kitchen within a few steps. There is a complete kitchen with small dining table for 4. The great room has a corner fireplace, dining table, large sectional, chair, HDTV,CD, DVD. The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed & separate walk-in shower. Second bedroom has trundle bed for guests, TV,desk, copier/fax, HS internet connection, and full separate bathroom. Back patio features outdoor table with 4 comfy chairs, outdoor grill, & 2 lounge chairs.

We were so delighted with this town home and all the little extras that were provided. The owners could not have been more gracious or accommidating. We could have spent all our time on the back patio with the awesome view of the city and all the wild life to watch and listen to. The beds were extremely comfortable and the big screen TV was a plus for us. Also, the owners left us a binder full of information on local attractions, places to eat and even discount coupons. We had everything we needed right at our finger tips. The next time we head to Tucson this will be our first choice of where to stay.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
